Is Ischaemia-Modified Albumin a Biomarker in Wagner Classification in Diabetic Foot Ulcers?
We aimed to determine the relationship of ischaemia-modified albumin (IMA) with diabetic foot ulcers and its predictive value in the Wagner classification. ⋯ IMA had a higher predictive value in discrimination of the Wagner grade 4-5. In the management of diabetic foot patients, it may be recommended that IMA is evaluated by clinicians.

The Impact of the First Wave of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Parents of Children with Externalising Difficulties in Ireland: A Longitudinal Cohort Study.
This longitudinal cohort study aimed to examine the impact of the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic in Ireland on parents of children with externalising difficulties, in comparison to parents of children without such difficulties. ⋯ Results provide important information regarding the trajectory of psychological outcomes in parents of children with externalising difficulties over the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, highlighting the need for increased parental supports during, and after, the COVID-19 pandemic.

Involvement of Community Pharmacists in Public Health Services in Asir Region, Saudi Arabia: A Cross-sectional Study.
Community pharmacists are one of the most accessible healthcare practitioners worldwide and their services are used by a large proportion of the population. Expanding the roles of community pharmacists could contribute to reducing pressure on general health practice and other areas of the health services. This research aimed to evaluate the contribution of community pharmacists in the provision of public health services and to investigate the perceived barriers for the provision of these services in Saudi Arabia. ⋯ Findings in the current research suggest that community pharmacists in Asir region have varying levels of involvement in public health roles. Further research needs to be undertaken to understand the barriers to the provision of public health services and what strategies would be beneficial for enhancing the public health role of community pharmacists in Saudi Arabia.

Low dose tocilizumab is associated with improved outcome and a low risk of secondary infection in severe COVID-19 pneumonia.
Respiratory failure and death are the leading causes of severe Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Hyper-inflammation and cytokine storm cause lung damage. This study aimed to compare the low-dose and high-dose effects of tocilizumab, an IL-6 receptor antagonist. ⋯ The use of tocilizumab at a low dose is associated with lower secondary infections and mortality.

People's Attitudes toward the Use of Quarantine in the Covid-19 pandemic in Iran: Validity and Reliability Study.
The purpose of this study was first to translate (into Persian) and evaluate the psychometric properties of the attitudes towards the use of quarantine questionnaires (PAQ). ⋯ Current study showed that the Persian version of attitudes towards the use of quarantine (PAQ) in the Iranian population including 17 items could be used as a valid and reliable instrument.
