The Medium and Long-Term Plan for the Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Diseases (2017-2025) in China has highlighted the importance of reducing fat, sodium, and sugar in foods. However, front-of-pack labeling, which enables consumers to assess the health levels of prepackaged foods, is lacking in China. In response to the Zhejiang Provincial Health Commission's request, we sought to develop a method for efficiently evaluating the health level of prepackaged foods. ⋯ The PHRI provides a valuable tool for assessing the healthiness of prepackaged foods. This front-of-pack labeling system provides a convenient method for evaluating the nutritional quality of prepackaged foods. Ultimately, the PHRI has the potential to contribute to advancements in health policy, practice, and education in China.

Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), known for its aggressiveness and limited treatment options, presents a significant challenge. Adoptive cell transfer, involving the ex vivo generation of antigen-specific T cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), emerges as a promising approach. The overexpression of mesothelin (MSLN) and nucleolin (NCL) in TNBC samples underscores their potential as targets for T cell therapy. This study explored the efficacy of multi-peptide pulsing of PBMCs to generate MSLN/NCL-specific T cells targeting MSLN+/NCL+ TNBC cells. ⋯ These findings serve as a proof-of-concept for using multiple immunogenic peptides as a novel therapeutic approach in TNBC patients.

The liver effects of concentrated vs. more evenly distributed moderate-to-vigorous physical activity (MVPA) patterns remain unclear. We aimed to examine the association of accelerometer-measured MVPA and different MVPA patterns with liver outcomes. ⋯ Regardless of whether MVPA was concentrated within 1 to 2 days or spread over most days of the week, more MVPA was associated with a lower risk of incident liver outcomes, including NAFLD, liver cirrhosis, liver steatosis, and fibrosis, to MVPA more evenly distributed.

Physical activity reduces colorectal cancer risk, yet the diurnal timing of physical activity in colorectal cancer etiology remains unclear. ⋯ A pattern of early- plus late-day activity is related to reduced colorectal cancer risk, beyond the benefits of overall activity. Further research is needed to confirm the role of activity timing in colorectal cancer prevention.

It is well known that individuals recently discharged from psychiatric inpatient care face a high risk of suicide. Severe physical health conditions have also been linked to suicide risk. The risk of suicide following discharge from somatic hospitals is not known for individuals admitted due to acute physical health conditions. ⋯ The heightened risk of suicide following discharge from acute somatic hospitalization, even in the absence of concurrent mental disorders, self-harm, or prior suicide attempts, underscores the critical need for comprehensive mental health and existential support for patients post-discharge.
