Skeletal tuberculosis is rarely seen among extrapulmonary tuberculosis, especially in childhood because the diagnosis may be delayed for years due to diagnostic difficulties. In this study, it was aimed to evaluate the clinical characteristics, methods used in diagnosis, treatment specifics, and prognosis of patients diagnosed with bone joint tuberculosis in childhood. ⋯ Skeletal tuberculosis can easily be missed in childhood due to its slow insidious course, non-specific symptoms, and bone findings, resulting in delayed diagnosis and may lead to sequelae which affect lifelong quality of life. We should keep the possibility of skeletal tuberculosis in mind when we see the patients with limping or localized lesions accompanied with pain or swelling.

Preparatory courses are frequently utilized strategies to assist, simplify, prepare, and give receivers a better understanding of varied knowledge. Nonetheless, data on this topic are rare throughout the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia. ⋯ According to this study's findings, the students who took the course improved their post-course exam performance. The "OBGYN Made Easy" course should be offered for medical students to assist and guide them in preparing for their rotation in OBGYN.

The quality of the water passing through the water lines is crucial to dental procedures. Studies on bracket adhesion of hydrogen peroxide colloidal-Ag, which is widely used to prevent biofilm formation, are limited in the literature. ⋯ It has been found that hydrogen peroxide colloidal-Ag, which is used to reduce the amount of biofilm in DUW, does not have a negative effect on the adhesion of the brackets.

Testis sparing surgery (TSS) has an important role in preserving the functional capacity of testicular cancer (TC). Germ cell neoplasia in situ (GCNIS) lesions in the remaining testis have a significant risk for local recurrence. ⋯ Leaving a 5 mm safety margin during TSS would lead to excise the satellite GCNIS lesions in half of the patients. Increasing the safety margin to 7 mm would lead to excise the satellite GCNIS lesions at 75% of the patients.

The prevalence of renal masses has escalated as a result of the augmented utilization of cross-sectional imaging techniques. The approach to managing renal masses may exhibit variability contingent upon the subtype of renal cell carcinoma (RCC). ⋯ Hyperintensity on T2-weighted images, microscopic fat content, and rapid enhancement pattern may be indicative of clear cell RCC, whereas hypointensity on T2-weighted images, hemosiderin content, and a progressive contrast pattern may be diagnostic for papillary RCC.
