To compare the short-term outcomes of three dimensional (3D) versus two dimensional (2D) laparoscopic procedures used for cholecystectomy. ⋯ Three dimensional was found to have low incidence of intra-operative and post-operative complications compared to 2D laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

To study the expression of IL-17 in peripheral blood and its effect on maternal-fetal tolerance in patients with eclampsia in late pregnancy using MRI image segmentation algorithm. ⋯ The major types of cerebrovascular diseases (CVD) in severe preeclampsia and eclampsia were reversible posterior encephalopathy syndrome and cerebral hemorrhage. It was speculated that the damage to the blood-brain barrier may play an important role in the pathogenesis. The balance of the number of Th17 cells/the number of Treg cells was more inclined to the Th17 cell-mediated pro-inflammatory state, Treg cell-mediated immune tolerance decreases, and it becomes more obvious with the worsening of the disease.

This study was to explore the application value of B-ultrasound in guiding puncture biopsy of chronic kidney disease (CKD) and the clinical nursing effects under the guidance of B-ultrasound. ⋯ US-PRB is a safe and effective auxiliary examination method, which can improve the success rate of puncture and reduce postoperative complications. Effective nursing can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve patient satisfaction.

The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and related technologies is rapidly increasing and its application in clinical practice is a promising area of development. Artificial Intelligence can be a solution in the future as a physician's new assistant; AI-physician combinations can act like models of 'peaceful co-existence'. While it has the potential to mold many dimensions of patient care and can augment quality improvement, it cannot replace a family physician's diagnostic intelligence, empathy and relationships. Physicians need to strike a balance between these combinations for better health outcomes without increasing patients' frustration.

To study the value of X-ray analysis method of ankle fracture based on injury mechanism to improve the imaging diagnosis level of ankle fracture. ⋯ The X-ray analysis method of ankle fractures based on injury mechanism can effectively improve the detection rate of hidden ankle fractures and high fibular fractures, and reduce the missed diagnosis, which is superior to the traditional X-ray analysis methods. At the same time, Weber classification, Lauge-Hansen classification and staging can be made for most cases, which is conducive to guiding clinical treatment.
