To analysis the relevant infections and risk factors of patients undergoing hemodialysis semi-permanent catheter (tunneled cuffed) placement during for maintenance hemodialysis. ⋯ Patients with ESRF CRF are at risk and prone to catheter-related infections during hemodialysis using catheter, mainly tunnel infection and catheter exit-site infection. Gram-positive cocci are the main pathogens. Hypoalbuminemia, too long catheter indwelling time and diabetes are the risk factors for infections.

To evaluate the radiographic patterns on Chest X-Ray (CXR) in accordance with Modified Brixia Scoring as supporting imaging tool in triaging of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) pneumonia. ⋯ Chest radiograph is used for triaging of suspected COVID pneumonia patients in emergency settings. It assesses the severity of disease according to modified Brixia scoring for treatment plan.

To investigate the clinical effects of TP-based hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) on the levels of antigen cluster protein 133 (CD133) and human epididymal secretory protein 4 (HE4) in patients with advanced epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC). ⋯ TP-based HIPEC can effectively inhibit CD133 and HE4 expression in advanced EOC, which thereby improves the clinical efficacy and encourages longer survival.

To observe patterns of Pediatric eye diseases over five years 2015-19, to improve management of ophthalmic pediatric units in the developing countries. ⋯ Majority of the children attending pediatric ophthalmology had simple problems manageable at primary health facility level. Strengthening of the primary health care facility will reduce considerable burden of pediatric unit at the tertiary level. Optometrists and orthoptists are important members of the team for refraction and squint management.

To explore the prophylactic outcome and tolerability of topiramate in patients suffering from chronic episodes of migraine. ⋯ Topiramate not only significantly prevents migraine intensity and frequency of episodes but is also well-tolerated.
