To evaluate the effects of comprehensive exercise training on frailty, negative emotions and physical functions of elderly patients with diabetes. ⋯ Comprehensive exercise training for elderly patients with diabetes is beneficial to improving their frail state, negative emotions, blood glucose levels and physical functions. It has significant clinical application value.

To prove that the "sports rehabilitation bed" is a device aimed at improving the precision of stretching, which can help to reduce the difficulty of rehabilitation therapy, cut down the manpower input of rehabilitation therapy, and shorten the therapy duration as well. ⋯ Sports rehabilitation therapy beds can results in the advantages of effectively preventing iatrogenic injury in the process of stretching, and providing a more accurate and convenient stretching therapy method than the current commonly used bare-handed stretching for sports rehabilitation and intervention.

Asthma control in pregnant women remains of utmost importance; suboptimal control can have adverse repercussions on both fetal and maternal health. The objective was to identify the factors that affect asthma control in pregnant Pakistani women presenting to a tertiary care hospital. ⋯ Ensuring asthma control during pregnancy is important. This study identified BMI, multiparity, inhaler technique, and treatment compliance as factors that affect asthma control in pregnant women. Addressing these factors through regular antenatal check-ups can significantly mitigate risks and promote the optimal health of both maternal and fetal lives.

To analyze the risk factors of delirium in elderly patients after hip arthroplasty and to construct a prediction model. ⋯ Age, short nighttime sleep, general anesthesia, high intraoperative blood loss, hypoxemia, and high CRP levels are independent risk factors for delirium after hip arthroplasty. The nomogram prediction model constructed based on these risk factors can effectively predict delirium in elderly patients after hip arthroplasty.

To study the effect of informing patients with video before cardiac surgery on intensive care experience. ⋯ It was found that informing patients with video about the intensive care setting and process before cardiac surgery had a positive effect on the intensive care experience. Note: The study was produced from a master's thesis and was not presented.
