Influence of Patient-Reported Treatment Satisfaction on Psychological Health and Quality of Life Among Patients Receiving Divya-Swasari-Coronil-Kit Against COVID-19: Findings from a Cross-Sectional "SATISFACTION COVID" Survey.
The correlation among treatment satisfaction with demographic characteristics, health symptoms or psychological health, and quality of life with the prophylactic regime against COVID-19 is rather unexplored. This real-world exploratory study was conducted to determine patient-perspectives regarding their treatment satisfaction receiving Divya-Swasari-Coronil-Kit with correlative impacts on psychological health (PH) and Quality of life (QoL) based on four hypotheses each relating to PH, QoL, Demographic characteristics, and Treatment satisfaction. ⋯ Present study (SATISFACTION COVID) indicates that treatment satisfaction due to avaliablity and treatment of Divya-Swasari-Coronil-Kit has constructive and beneficial implications on psychological health, Quality of life and demographic factors. In addition, web-based patient-reported perspectives may well be a feasible way to provide better insights into treatment satisfaction, in relation to psychological health and Quality of life.

The Psychological Effects of Physicians' Communication Skills on COVID-19 Patients.
The COVID-19 pandemic has affected physician-patient communication (PPC) in multiple ways. This study aims to report on the impact of physician-patient communication (PPC) skills on COVID-19 patients' psychology in Jordan. ⋯ Based on this study's findings, appropriate and continuous training will advance physicians' communication skills in the form of exercises that could be as simple as class- or lecture-based activities, or using technology-based learning. Using a protocol or handbook to guide such communication is another essential strategy to enhance physician-patient communication (PPC). The study recommends that physicians must be aware that PPC skills required may vary depending on whether they are dealing with a pandemic or non-pandemic situation. Generally, appropriate or positive communication skills are considered one of the main factors effecting patients' psychological responses to their diagnosis.

Infertility Management Disruption During the COVID-19 Outbreak in a Middle-Income Country: Patients' Choices, Attitudes, and Concerns.
This study aims to assess the degree of infertility management service disruption during the pandemic from the patient's point of view, as well as patients' attitudes toward seeking investigations and management, and their thoughts on how appropriate it is for health establishments to continue offering these services during this period while assessing their concerns regarding the risk of COVID-19 infection during treatment or pregnancy. ⋯ The patients have faced uncertainty regarding the achievability of their long-term fertility goals amidst an atmosphere of general unpredictability for the duration and extent of disruption of their treatment, combined with the fear of infection. Therefore, it is necessary to highlight the need to address how infertility services can be maintained for those who decide to seek treatment during an outbreak while minimizing the risk of contracting COVID-19 in the process.

Do Women Enrolled in PMTCT Understand the Recommendations: A Case Study from Kilimanjaro.
Prevention of mother-to-child transmission (PMTCT) remains a cornerstone of HIV prevention and control efforts. It is vital that the beneficiaries of PMTCT programs understand PMTCT recommendations, especially since their adherence to recommendations is key to successful PMTCT. There have been several major changes in PMTCT recommendations, and many women have encountered different recommendations. It is plausible that confusion has arisen as to what is currently recommended for successful PMTCT. This confusion can affect adherence to recommendations and hinder PMTCT efforts. However, little is known about how women enrolled in PMTCT understand the recommendations in the context of these frequent changes. ⋯ Even amongst mothers enrolled in PMTCT, poor understanding regarding key PMTCT recommendations prevails. There is a need to reassess the training modalities and look at ways to reinforce PMTCT messages to mothers.

Patients' Preferences Regarding Invasive Mediastinal Nodal Staging of Resectable Lung Cancer.
Variability in practice and ongoing debate on optimal invasive mediastinal staging of patients with resectable non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) are widely described in the literature. Patients' preferences on this topic have, however, been underexposed so far. ⋯ Although a strong dichotomy among patients always or never willing to undergo confirmatory mediastinoscopy was found, the length of the staging period was the most important attribute in invasive mediastinal staging according to patients with resectable NSCLC.
