To investigate the safety and feasibility of subcutaneous implantable infusion ports in repeated hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy (HAIC) for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in China. ⋯ Hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy via arterial infusion ports for advanced HCC decreased complications and medical expenditures and improved patient comfort levels compared with indwelling catheters.

To assess the pathophysiological factors leading to chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) recurrence with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) after endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS) and compare the clinical and imaging findings between both groups. ⋯ Asthma is a significant risk factor for CRS recurrence. Furthermore, smoking and inadequate primary surgery increase the chance of revision surgery in case of recurrence.

To assess the effectiveness of generic sofosbuvir (SOF) and branded daclatasvir (DCV) for the treatment of chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV)infected patients. ⋯ The findings of our study confirm the effectiveness of generic sofosbuvir as a treatment option for HCV infection.
