Randomized Controlled Trial Multicenter StudyAntipyretic agents for preventing recurrences of febrile seizures: randomized controlled trial.
To evaluate the efficacy of different antipyretic agents and their highest recommended doses for preventing febrile seizures. ⋯ Antipyretic agents are ineffective for the prevention of recurrences of febrile seizures and for the lowering of body temperature in patients with a febrile episode that leads to a recurrent febrile seizure.

Neonatologist training to guide family decision making for critically ill infants.
To assess neonatology fellow training in guiding family decision making for high-risk newborns and in several critical communication skills for physicians in these scenarios. ⋯ Graduating neonatology fellows are highly trained in the technical skills necessary to care for critically ill and dying neonates but are inadequately trained in the communication skills that families identify as critically important when facing end-of-life decisions.
