[Role of biological protective dressing in microskin grafting in rabbit].
To study the effect of biological protective dressing made from porcine peritoneum in covering wounds with microskin grafts. ⋯ The effect of biological protective dressing in covering wounds grafted with microskin is as good as that of the allograft, as they both help the auto-microskin proliferate and repair the wound. It could be considered to be new biological material for clinical application.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Clinical effect of the concentrated suture fixation method on skin transplantation in the jaw and neck region].
To observe the clinical effect of the concentrated suture fixation method on skin transplantation on deep burn wound or wound of cicatricial deformity after burn in the jaw and neck region. ⋯ Concentrated suture fixation method is suitable for application in transplantation of big sheet skin on wound in the jaw and neck region. It has high survival rate and is convenient for postoperative observation.

Case Reports[Repair of cervical scar contracture with flaps containing cervical cutaneous branch of the transverse cervical artery].
To observe the therapeutic effect of repairing cervical scar contracture using flaps carrying cervical cutaneous branch of the transverse cervical artery. ⋯ The flap containing cervical cutaneous branch of the transverse cervical artery is a good choice for repairing severe cervical scar contracture for its simple harvest, reliable blood supply, and similar color and texture to the skin of cervical region.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Application of Narcotrend-assisted anesthesia in-depth monitor during escharectomy and skin transplantation in burn patients with target-controlled infusion of remifentanil hydrochloride and propofol].
To evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of Narcotrend (NT) monitor in monitoring the depth of anesthesia in severely burned patients with target-controlled infusion (TCI) of remifentanil hydrochloride and propofol during perioperative period. ⋯ Application of Narcotrend monitor in monitoring the depth of anesthesia in severely burned patients during perioperative period with TCI of remifentanil hydrochloride and propofol is beneficial to reducing dosage of narcotics and shortening duration of recovery from anesthesia, and it can accurately predict the level of consciousness of patients at the time of withdrawal of anesthesia.

Comparative Study[Comparative study on the effect of restrictive fluid management strategy on the early pulmonary function of patients with severe burn].
To retrospectively analyze the effect of restrictive fluid management strategy (RFMS) on the early pulmonary function and the prognosis of patients with extremely severe and extensive burn. ⋯ RFMS is a useful strategy in improving early pulmonary oxygenation of patients with extremely severe and extensive burn by promoting the process of fluid reabsorption and rebalance. This strategy may be also beneficial for the prevention of organ complications as well as a better prognosis in severely burned patients.
