[Biologic effect of nitric oxide on human epidermal stem cells in vitro].
To observe the effect of nitric oxide (NO) on adhesion, proliferation, and migration of human epidermal stem cells (ESC) in vitro. ⋯ Exogenous NO in suitable concentration can promote the migration of human ESC. Exogenous NO can inhibit the adhesion and promote the proliferation of human ESC in vitro.

[Changes in serum contents of interleukin-6 and interleukin-10 and their relation with occurrence of sepsis and prognosis of severely burned patients].
To observe the changes in serum contents of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) in patients with severe burn injury, and to investigate their relation with occurrence of sepsis and prognosis of patients. ⋯ The occurrence and outcome of sepsis is related to burn area and depth when the patients are in similar age. Serum contents of IL-6 and IL-10 play important roles in the pathogenesis of sepsis after burn. IL-6 content in early stage shall not be used in predicting the prognosis of patients with sepsis. IL-10 continuously higher than 77 pg/mL in early stage forecasts unfavorable prognosis of patient.

[Changes in cytokines in lymph and T lymphocyte subsets in lymph node of burned rats].
To observe the effect of burn on cytokines in lymph and T lymphocyte subsets in lymph node of rats. ⋯ Burn may decrease IFN-γ/IL-4 ratio in locally drained lymph and CD4(+)/CD8(+) ratio in locally drained lymph node of rat, which may indicate lowering of local immune function.

[Effect of granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor on the mammalian target of sirolimus signaling pathway in the wound of rat].
To investigate the effects of granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) on wound healing and mammalian target of sirolimus (rapamycin) signaling pathway in rats. ⋯ GM-CSF can promote wound healing in rats by activating mTOR signaling pathway through phosphorylating mTOR proteins and its downstream signal molecules P70S6K and 4E-BP1.

Comparative Study[Effects of different artificial dermal scaffolds on vascularization and scar formation of wounds in pigs with full-thickness burn].
To investigate the effects of three kinds of artificial dermal scaffolds on vascularization and scar formation of wounds in pigs with full-thickness burn. ⋯ The collagen-sulfonated carboxymethyl chitosan dermal scaffold can rapidly induce growth and maturation of blood vessels during wound healing after burn. It is beneficial for wound repair at early stage with inhibition of scar proliferation.
