Randomized Controlled Trial[Clinical study on the repair of extensive deep burn wounds with autogenous fat granules and autologous microskin grafts in mixed grafting].
To observe the effects of autologous fat granules in mixed grafting microskin grafts on repair of extensive deep burn wounds in patients. ⋯ Autologous fat granules in mixed grafting with autologous microskin promote wound healing.

Since we called for the attention of the occurrence of abdominal compartment syndrome in 2002, forty cases of this complication have been recognized and reported by six burn units in this journal, including three cases accompanied with massive pleural effusion (1601 - 3240 mL). Most cases emerged after "aggressive" fluid resuscitation, especially after massive infusion of crystalloid fluid. The idea "more fluid no harm" should be corrected. ⋯ In face of "leaking while infusing", heavy accumulation of fluid in the third spaces may worsen the cell hypoxia. Some of the parameters we get from invasive monitoring systems can be misleading. Now, the trend of overloading should be prevented, and it behaves us to study the regime of lower fluid volume with proper contents in burn shock resuscitation.

[Clinical application and long-term follow-up study of acellular dermal matrix combined with auto-skin grafting].
To investigate the clinical effect of acellular dermal matrix (ADM) combined with auto-skin grafting on deep burn wound ,and the result of long-term follow-up and histological examination. ⋯ Heterologous ADM combined with auto split-thickness graft can survive in human body without obvious immune rejection reaction for a long time. No intact small sweat gland or sweat gland cells in dermis is a problem worth of study in regeneration of skin function.

[Study of neovascularization disturbance in deep partial-thickness scald in rats with diabetes mellitus].
To study the relationship between the degree of neovascularization and non-healing wounds in scalded rats with diabetic mellitus. ⋯ Vascular endothelial cell can proliferate actively with poor blood supply in diabetic nonhealing with deep partial-thickness scald wounds, but it is still poor in blood supply due to lack of functional capillaries.

Controlled Clinical Trial[Pharmacokinetics changes of amikacin in severe burn patients at early stage].
To investigate the concentration and pharmacokinetics changes of amikacin in the serum and blister fluid in severe burn patients at early stage. ⋯ Early administration of amikacin in burn patients (within 10 PBH) may form an effective and continuous antibiotics barrier around the wound to prevent bacterial infection.
