147 patients with polytrauma, complicated by acute large-volume intraabdominal bleeding, were included in the study. Anesthetic regimens and blood loss compensation were retrospectively analyzed. ⋯ Intraoperative autoblood reinfusion allowed an adequate blood loss compensation. The method should be considered a method of choice by acute blood loss treatment during emergency operations in patients with polytrauma.

10 patients with adrenal damage were observed during 2.5 years. It amounted 0.93% of all patients with closed abdominal injuries. ⋯ Ultrasound and tomographic semiotics of adrenal damage was worked out, which allowed ascertaining diagnosis in 80% on application of ultrasound study and in 100% at computer tomography. Injury of one adrenal gland was not accompanied by adrenal failure and did not require hormonal replacement therapy.

Bronchioloalveolar cancer (BAC) belongs to a high- grade differentiated lung adenocarcinoma, localizes in peripheral parts of the lung and demonstrates an intraalveolar growth. 21 patients with BAC has been operated during the period of 1968-2008yy. It comprised 0,5% of the whole amount of patients operated on lung cancer. ⋯ Lobectomy is considered to be a method of choice for the surgical treatment. Long-term treatment results are somewhat better then of other forms of non-small cell carcinoma of lung: of 21 radically operated patients, 11 are alive.
