[Study on medication laws of Tibetan medicine in treatment of plateau disease based on data mining technology].
Traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system (TCMISS, V2.5) was used in this study to analyze the common medicines, frequency of medicine combination, core herbal combinations and new prescriptions for the treatment of plateau disease from the Four-Volume Medical Code, Mannose Herbal Mirror and other related books. TCMISS V2.5 software was used to construct the database of drug treatment for plateau disease. The frequency analysis and association rules apriori algorithm, improved mutual information method and other data mining methods were used to explore the law of drug compatibility. ⋯ There were 539 kinds of herbs in the plateau disease prescriptions, including 33 kinds of herbs whose medicinal frequency>=50, such as Terminalia chebula and Myristica fragrans, and T. chebula had the highest medicinal frequency; 14 commonly used herbal combinations, and "Aucklandia lappa-T. chebula" had the highest frequency; 13 core herbal combinations were obtained after entropy clustering analysis, including 8 combinations of three herbs such as "Allium sativum-Carum carvi-Ferula sinkiangensis" and 5 combinations of four herbs such as "A. lappa-Aquilaria sinensis-Ewgewia caryophyllata-Myristica fragrans", and 5 new prescriptions such as "A. sativum-C. carvi-F. sinkiangensis-A. lappa-Choerospondia axillaris-A. sinensis-M. fragrans". The main symptom of "insomnia" was chosen to analyze the treatment of insomnia, and the core herbal combinations mainly including A. sinensis, T. chebula, and C. axillaris as well as the new prescriptions mainly containing Carthamus tinctorius, Meconopsis horridnla, and Punica granatum were obtained. The prescriptions for the treatment of plateau disease were clarified by TCM inheritance system, and the clinical prescription regularity and characteristics of the combination of common medicines were summarized, to provide reference and new ideas for its clinical application and development of new drug research.

[Association rules analysis of Fufang Kushen injection in combination with modern medications in treating lung cancer: real-world study based on hospital information].
The present study was aimed to analyze the association rules of Fufang Kushen injection in combination with other modern medications in treating lung cancer based on the electrical medical records in real world clinical situations extracted from hospital information system in Institute of Basic Medical Sciences, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, and provide reference for improving rationality of clinical drug use and exploring the prescription rules as well as subsequent in-depth analysis. The electrical medical records of the hospitalized patients using Fufang Kushen injection for lung cancer were extracted to analyze the frequency distribution characteristics in combined application with western medicine, and Apriori algorithm was used to analyze the specific association rules in combined drug use. ⋯ The results revealed that the distribution characteristics in combined application and association combinations of Fufang Kushen injection had specific rules, consistent with the clinical orientation of this drug in treatment of lung cancer. Such results may provide reference for reasonable application of Fufang Kushen injection in clinical treatment.

[Effects of germplasm and host tree trunk on endophytic fungal communities in epiphytic Dendrobium catenatum].
In order to investigate the effects of germplasm and host tree trunk on endophytic fungal communities in epiphytic Dendrobium catenatum, a total of 3 835 isolates were recovered from roots, stems and leaves of four D. catenatum germplasms attached to one kind of host tree trunk and one germplasm attached to four kinds of epiphyte-host tree trunks. A total of 152 taxa were identified and classified based on the fungal cultural characteristics and phylogenetic analyses of ITS sequences. The taxa were assigned to 60 genera, 35 families, 21 orders and 5 classes of 2 phyla. ⋯ This might be due to the distinctions in growth traits and chemical compositions of D. catenatum owning to the differences in D. catenatumgenetic background and microenvironment of host tree. Most of fungal taxa exhibit tissue specificity or preference. These results provide the basis for the study on the relationship between endophytic fungi and D. catenatum in stereo cultivation mode.
