[Network pharmacology research on high frequency use of Tibetan medicine in treatment of HAPC based on data mining].
Based on the results of previous data mining,the mechanism of high frequency use of Tibetan medicine in the treatment of high altitude polycythemia(HAPC) was analyzed in this study by network pharmacology. The author obtained the high frequency use data on Tibetan medicine Terminalia chebula,Aucklandia lappa,Crocus sativus and Myristica fragrans for the treatment of HAPC by data mining in the previous period. The first five main active ingredients of each high frequency Tibetan medicine were screened out by reviewing comprehensive literature and TCMSP database. ⋯ The results showed that high-frequency Tibetan medicine had common pathways and targets in treating HAPC,such as T. chebula,A. lappa,C. sativus and M. fragrans. The medicines could reduce hemoglobin and enhance immunity by mediating cell proliferation and oxidative stress,exerting anti-inflammatory effects and participating in regulating blood vessels,showing therapeutic effects for HAPC. In this study,the multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway mechanism of Tibetan medicine in preventing and treating HAPC was analyzed from the information level,providing a useful reference for further study of Tibetan medicine in preventing and treating plateau diseases from the multi-dimensional perspective.

[Pharmacokinetics of active ingredients of Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid in rats and effect on liver drug-metabolizing enzymes].
This study is aimed to establish a method for the determination of baicalin,baicalin and purpurin in the plasma of rats after oral administration of Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid( PDL) by using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry( LC-MS),analyze the pharmacokinetics of three components in rats,and investigate the effects of PDL on drug-metabolizing enzymes in rat liver. C18 column was used for liquid chromatography separation,with acetonitrile-water( containing 0. 2% formic acid) as the mobile phase for gradient elution. The mass spectrometry was detected by electrospray ion source( ESI) under multi-reaction monitoring mode( MRM),as well as positive and negative ion alternating mode. ⋯ The drug-time curve showed that baicalin and oroxindin had a bimodal phenomenon,and the pharmacokinetic parameters indicated that baicalin,oroxindin and corynoline in PDL had certain drug-like properties. After 7 consecutive days of PDL administration,the rat liver coefficient,total liver microparticle protein and CYP450 enzyme content were increased,but there was no significant difference,indicating that PDL was less likely to develop drug-drug interaction based on CYP enzyme. The results of this experiment can provide reference for the research on in vivo efficacy and drug interaction of PDL as well as on its clinical application.

Meta Analysis[Systemic evaluation and Meta-analysis of efficacy and safety of Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository in treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease].
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease. Four Chinese databases,namely CNKI,VIP,WanFang and SinoMed,and three English databases Cochrane Library,namely Medline,and ClinicalTrail.gov were systematically and comprehensively retrieved from the establishment of each database to June 2018. The quality of the included studies was evaluated by using the risk assessment tools developed by the Cochrane Collaboration,and RevMan 5. 3 software was used for Meta-analysis. ⋯ The long-term effect is remarkable. No serious adverse reaction was observed. Restricted by the quality of the studies included,the above conclusion need to be further verified in high-quality,largesize,multi-center clinical researches.

Meta Analysis[Babaodan Capsules for viral hepatitis: systematic review of clinical efficacy and safety and Meta-analysis of randomized clinical trials].
To systemically analyze the efficacy and safety of Babaodan Capsules in treatment of viral hepatitis. Databases such as CNKI,Wan Fang Date,VIP,Sino Med,PubMed,and Cochrane Library were electronically searched for relevant randomized controlled trials about Babaodan Capsules in the treatment of viral hepatitis,from database establishment to November 11,2018. Two researchers independently screened the literature and extracted data according to the inclusion criteria. ⋯ In summary,for patients with viral hepatitis,the combination of Babaodan Capsules and conventional treatment has more advantages in reducing total bilirubin,alanine aminotransferase and total bile acid and is more effective in improving clinical symptoms as compared with conventional Western medicine,with no serious adverse reactions. Its clinical application with syndrome differentiation method can be considered. However,due to the limited number and quality of the original researches,more multi-center,high-quality randomized controlled trials are needed for further verification.

Meta Analysis[Comparative analysis of clinical effects according to syndrome differentiation of Qili Qiangxin Capsules on ischemic heart failure: Meta-analysis].
Databases including CNKI,Wan Fang,CBM,VIP,PubMed and Cochrane Library were searched to collect qualified researches,and the quality of articles was evaluated according to scales. Meta-analysis including subgroup analysis was performed by using Rev Man 5. 3 software and Meta-regression test was performed by using Stata 12. 0 software. All of these methods were used to systematically evaluate the safety and clinical efficacy of Qili Qiangxin Capsules in treatment of ischemic heart failure under two circumstances( with or without syndrome differentiation). ⋯ Qili Qiangxin Capsules were effective and safe in the treatment of ischemic heart failure,which can further improve clinical efficacy as compared with routine treatment alone. Qili Qiangxin Capsules with syndrome differentiation showed more significant effects than those without syndrome differentiation,indicating better efficacy of clinical syndrome differentiation. However,these conclusions still need to be verified with more high-quality and large-sample literature.
