[QuEchERS pretreatment coupled to gas chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry to fast determination of 34 pesticide residues in Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma].
This study proposed a quantitative method for 34 pesticides including organochlorine,organophosphorus and pyrethroids in Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma herbs and medicinal slices,and analyzed the pesticide residues of collected Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma samples from different regions. With acetonitrile extraction and optimized Qu Ech ERS purification,the 32 batches of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma herbs and medicinal slices were analyzed by matrix matching standard curve quantitative analysis under GC-MS/MS multi-response monitoring( MRM) mode. This study investigated the pretreatment of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma samples based on the Qu Ech ERS method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia( 2015 edition,4),and the result showed that the recoveries of some pesticide was low and pigment has a strong interference in analysis,which result in worse purification effect. ⋯ This method was further applied to the simultaneous determination of 34 pesticide residues of typical organochlorine,organophosphorus and pyrethroids in 32 batches of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma herbs and medicinal slices. Six batches containing beta-endosulfan,thiosulphate,o,p'-DDD and thrta-cypermethrin were detected,but none of them exceeded the limit of pesticide residues stipulated in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the EU Pharmacopoeia. This study indicates that the established method is rapid,convenient,accurate,and sensitive,which provides a rapid and efficient method for the simultaneous determination of typical organochlorine,organophosphorus and pyrethroids in Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma.

[Analysis of Qingkailing Injection in treatment of combined medication features of 2 147 cases of upper respiratory tract infection].
Acute upper respiratory infection is one of the common infectious diseases,especially in the elderly people. Qingkailing Injection has the effect of clearing away heat and detoxifying. It can be used for external wind heat,upper respiratory tract infection,viral cold,etc. ⋯ The combination of potassium chloride injection and cephalosporin injection is the most commonly used in combination with two kinds of Western medicine( 33. 2%); the combination of Shuanghuanglian and Ganmao Qingre Granules is the most commonly used in combination with two kinds of traditional Chinese medicine( 9. 13%); through the calculation of complex network group module,it is found that Qingkailing Injection is often associated with antibiotics,antipyretic and analgesic drugs,antitussive,expectorant and antiasthmatic drugs,antiviral drugs and anti infection drugs. Drugs,nutritional support agents,bronchodilators,immunomodulators and other chemical drugs are often used in combination with Chinese medicine,such as Jiebiao agents,expectorants,Qingre agents,resuscitation agents,Qufeng agents,tonics,Liqi agents,which may be related to both the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection and the basic diseases of middle-aged and elderly patients,with the theoretical characteristics of " combination of disease and syndrome,corresponding formula and syndrome". Based on the real world big data complex network group module mining results provide clues for the clinical optimization scheme and path construction,and provide signals and ideas for further causal research.

[Experts consensus statement on Qilong Capsules in clinical practice].
Qilong Capsules is the representative Chinese patent medicine of the theory of " invigorating Qi and activating blood circulation" in traditional Chinese medicine( TCM),with distinct characteristics of TCM in clinical application. Qilong Capsules indication on package insert is ischemic stroke( cerebral infarction),which is a complex disease and has many pathological links. The treatment principles and methods at various stages are different. ⋯ In order to promote the rational use of Qilong Capsules,the project team invited frontline clinical experts,pharmaceutical experts and methodologist of evidence-based medicine around China to develop the consensus. The consensus is based on a combination of clinical research evidence and expert experi-ence to give recommendations for clinical problems with evidence support and expert consensus suggestions for clinical problems without evidence support. The consensus recommends the indication,timing of intervention,dosage,course of treatment,combined medication and contraindications of Qilong Capsules in clinical application,and introduced its safety characteristics,in order to guide clinical medical workers( involving Chinese medicine,Western medicine,combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine) to use Qilong Capsules reasonably in the treatment of cerebral infarction.

[Expert consensus statement on Xiyanping Injection for respiratory system infectious diseases in clinical practice(adults)].
Xiyanping Injection is widely used in the treatment of respiratory infectious diseases. However,its package insert is still less instructive for physicians in understanding the specific clinical application of Xiyanping Injection. ⋯ The consensus recommended the indication,timing of intervention,usage,dosage,course of treatment,combined medication of Xiyanping Injection used for adults,and introduced the safety and precautions of its clinical application. It is suitable for guiding clinical medical workers to rationally use Xiyanping Injection in the treatment of adult's respiratory infectious diseases.

[Analysis and health risk assessment of aflatoxin B_1 residue in Ziziphi Spinosae Semen].
This study aimed to analyze the residues of aflatoxin B_1( AFB_1) in Ziziphi Spinosae Semen from different producing areas and to assess the health risk of aflatoxin B_1 residue based on the obtained data. A total of 72 samples of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen from different areas were detected by IAC-HPLC-FLD. Based on the data of AFB_1 pollution,a probabilistic assessment model with Monte Carlo simulation was developed. ⋯ The results showed common use of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen had low level of risk associated with AFB_1. However,the high consumption of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen showed a higher risk than common intake,requiring attention. This study laid a foundation for clinical safe prescription of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen.
