[An in vitro study on metabolic interaction between main active components of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and tacrolimus].
The purpose of this study was to investigate the inhibitory effects of the main active components of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma on the metabolism of tacrolimus mediated by CYP3 A4/5 enzyme, so as to predict the potential drug-drug interaction(DDI) in clinical use. First, the reversible inhibitory activities of five active components of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma(tanshinone Ⅰ, tanshinone Ⅱ_A, cryptotanshinone, salvianolic acid B, dihydrotanshinone Ⅰ) on the metabolism of tacrolimus was investigated by using human liver microsomes(HLM) and recombinant human CYP3 A4/5 enzyme in vitro, then the dose-dependent inhibition of CYP3 A4/5 activity was calculated in HLM. Finally, the time-dependent inhibition(TDI) activities of five active components were studied in HLM through the robust single point inhibition test. ⋯ Furthermore, the TDI activity of five active components of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma at 50 μmol·L~(-1) was 5.5%-15.9%. The above results suggested that clinical DDI between tacrolimus and Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma may occur when the active components of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma achieved a relative high concentration in human. In conclusion, this study provided a data reference for the research on drug interaction of tacrolimus and Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma as well as rational drug use in clinical practice.

[Clinical practice guideline for migraine with traditional Chinese medicine(draft version for comments)].
The present clinical practice guideline was written by experts organized by the special group of key projects in the 13 th five-year plan period of the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences based on the standards and procedures of World Health Orga-nization Handbook for Guideline Development, with "evidence-based, consensus-based, and experience-based principle" as a guide. On the basis of practice in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and clinical research for migraine, following the idea and method of evidence-based medicine, as well as the expert experience, the current best evidence and patients' values, the internationally recognized evidence quality evaluation methods and recommendation grading system were combined with the prescription record of classical TCM, TCM expert experience, and modern clinical research evidences. ⋯ It provides the clinical basis for the TCM treatment of migraine, and ensures the safety, effectiveness, practicability and scientificity of the treatment, so as to promote the TCM treatment of migraine. Due to the influence of region, nationality, race and other factors of the users, the detailed implementation of the guideline should be determined according to the actual situation.

[Clinical practice guideline for stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with traditional Chinese medicine (draft version for comments)].
By referring to the standards and procedures of WHQ Handbook for Guideline Development, under the guidance of relevant laws, regulations, and technical documents, in line with the principle of "evidence-based, consensus-based, experience-based", and based on the best available evidences, fully combined with expert experience and patient preferences, we summarized eight clinical questions in this paper: can traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) treatment improve the clinical symptoms and the degree of dyspnea in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) Can TCM treatment reduce the number of exacerbations in patients with stable COPD? Can TCM treatment improve the exercise tolerance of patients with stable COPD? Can TCM treatment improve the quality of life of patients with stable COPD? Can TCM treatment delay the decline of lung function in patients with stable COPD? Can TCM treatment improve anxiety and depression in patients with stable COPD? Does the point application therapy benefit patients with stable COPD? Can non-pharmacological treatment benefit patients with stable COPD? Based on these eight clinical problems, the cha-racteristics of TCM itself, and actual clinical situation, the recommendations of TCM to treat the stable COPD were formed in this guideline, with intention to provide advice and guidance to clinicians in the use of TCM to treat stable COPD, to relieve symptoms, improve exercise tolerance, improve health status, prevent disease progression, prevent and treat exacerbations, and improve clinical efficacy. Due to the influence of the user's region, nationality, race and other factors, the implementation of this guideline should be based on the actual situations.
