Meta Analysis[Meta-analysis of Ganmao Qingre Granules in treatment of children with wind-cold syndrome].
To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Ganmao Qingre Granules in treatment of children with wind-cold syndrome. The study systematically retrieved CNKI, WanFang, VIP, CBM, PubMed, EMbase and Cochrane Library for children cases with wind-cold syndrome treated with RCT. The literature inclusion criteria provided by Cochrane was used to evaluate the litera-ture quality, and Meta-analysis was conducted by RevMan 5.3 software. ⋯ Only 2 literatures mentioned no obvious adverse reaction, and the other 4 literatures did not mention any adverse reactions. Based on the results of this study, it was indicated that Ganmao Qingre Granules were effective in the treatment of children with wind-cold syndrome, but with unclear adverse reactions. Due to the insufficient quantity and low quality of included literatures, the efficacy and safety need to be further confirmed by more high-quality clinical studies.

[Interpretation of Expert consensus on Shujin Jianyao Pills in clinical practice].
Shujin Jianyao Pills is a kind of concentrated honey pills made of 13 Chinese herbal medicines, such as Cibotii Rhizoma, Rosae Laevigatae Fructus, and Spatholobi Caulis. It has the effects in tonifying liver and kidney, strengthening muscles and bones, removing wind and dampness, activating collaterals and relieving pain. Under the leadership of the Institute of Basic Research in Clinical Medicine, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences and Wangjing Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, the Expert consensus on clinical application of Shujin Jianyao Pills was developed by 22 universities, scientific research institutes and hospitals. ⋯ And it filled in the gaps of package inserts in applicable syndrome and special population medication in the process of drug use. The expert consensus showed the optimization of precautions and contraindications, and more detailed description of drug safety. Therefore, it provides guidance and reference for clinicians to use Shujin Jianyao Pills rationally.

[Expert consensus on clinical application of Chinese herbal medicine decoction pieces (First Edition)].
Chinese herbal medicine decoction pieces(CHMDP), one of the main forms of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in clinic, have been widely used. However, the irrational use is increasingly serious due to the lack of the indicators for judging the rational use of CHMDP in medical institutions and the codes and standards for the clinical use of CHMDP. In order to regulate the rational clinical use of CHMDP, improve the clinical efficacy and ensure the drug safety for the patients, clinical pharmaceutical experts and clinical medical experts from 40 third-grade class-A hospitals nationwide were organized to give the "expert consensus on clinical application of CHMDP" in terms of prescription writing, combined use of drugs, use of special drugs, and drug use for special population. Detailed analysis and argumentation were conducted in accordance with the laws and regulations, Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition, Chinese Pharmacopoeia Code Notice for Clinical Use of Medicine, Administrative Regulations for Prescriptions, Administrative Specifications for Hospital Prescription Review(interim), and Chinese Traditional Medicine Prescription Format and Writing Specifications, as well as relevant project findings.

[Analysis of potential role of Chinese classic prescriptions in treatment of COVID-19 based on TCMATCOV platform].
With the global outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19), screening of effective drugs has became the emphasis of research today; furthermore, screening of Chinese classic prescriptions has became one of the directions for drug development. This study analyzed the application of classic prescriptions in the diagnosis and treatment schemes based on the Diagnosis and Treatment Schemes for Coronavirus Disease at the country, provincial and municipal levels, and further explored its disrobing effect on COVID-19 disease severe phase network, and selected representative prescriptions for core target screening and gene enrichment analysis, so as to reveal its mechanism of action. Among them, 13 prescriptions were found to be used for 10 times or more, including Maxing Shigan Tang, Yinqiao San, Shengjiang San, Dayuan Drink, Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction. ⋯ After further mining the action targets of these three prescriptions, it was found that COVID-19 disease-specific factors Ccl2, IL10, IL6 and TNF were all the targets of three prescriptions. Through the enrichment analysis of the biological processes of the core targets, it was found that the three prescriptions may prevent the development of the disease by affecting cell-to-cell adhesion, cytokine-mediated signaling pathway, and chronic inflammatory responses to COVID-19 at the severe phase. This study showed that the TCMATCOV platform could evaluate the disturbance effect of different prescriptions on the COVID-19 disease network, and predict potential effectiveness based on the robustness of drug-interfered pneumonia disease networks, so as to provide a reference for further experiments or clinical verification.

[Analysis of medication regularity and pharmacodynamic characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine treatment in 444 severe cases of COVID-19].
The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) is developing rapidly and posing great threat to public health. There is no effective intervention for the severe patients, and their prognosis is poor. It is worth noting that in the fight against COVID-19, China has always put equal emphasis on both Chinese and Western medicine. ⋯ It was found that the traditional Chinese medicine with a high disturbance score accounted for a high proportion of the classic anti-COVID-19 prescriptions used by clinicians. Among them, the drugs with top scores are Ephedrae Herba, Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, Eupatorii Herba, Platycodonis Radix, Cinnamomi Ramulus, Astragali Radix, Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, Pogostemonis Herba, Scutellariae Radix. After a further exploration of the action targets, it was showed that disease-specific factor TNF was the target of the above ten drugs, and traditional Chinese medicine can exert anti-inflammatory and immune-modulating effects.
