[Study of integrative evidence chain in clinical trial of Guizhi Fuling Capsules based on "Yibing Tongzhi" in clinical applications].
Guizhi Fuling Capsules is a new-type traditional Chinese medicine preparation made by modern process method. It was widely used to treat uterine fibroids, pelvic inflammation, dysmenorrhea, endometriosis, mammary gland hyperplasia and other gynecological diseases. Under the combination of disease and syndrome, the diagnosis and treatment model of "Yizheng Tongbing, Yibing Tongzhi" with Chinese patent medicine has been widely used in clinical practice. ⋯ Based on the effectiveness of Guizhi Fuling Capsules, this paper preliminarily summarized the dominant diseases in randomized controlled trials and systematic reviews of Guizhi Fuling Capsules. On the basis of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and modern pharmacological mechanism, the clinical efficacy and mechanism of Guizhi Fuling Capsules were explored. Finally, according to the traditional Chinese medicine theory of "Yizheng Tongbing, Yibing Tongzhi", all the clinical evidences were integrated to form an integrated evidence chain, so as to provide guidance for the safe and rational use of Guizhi Fuling Capsules.

[TCMATCOV--a bioinformatics platform to predict efficacy of TCM against COVID-19].
There is urgent need to discover effective traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) for treating coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19). The development of a bioinformatic tool is beneficial to predict the efficacy of TCM against COVID-19. Here we deve-loped a prediction platform TCMATCOV to predict the efficacy of the anti-coronavirus pneumonia effect of TCM, based on the interaction network imitating the disease network of COVID-19. ⋯ The main meridian of these TCM is lung, heart, spleen, liver, and stomach meridian. The TCM related with QI and warm TCM have higher disturbance score. As a prediction tool for anti-COVID-19 TCM prescription, TCMATCOV platform possesses the potential to discovery possible effective TCM against COVID-19.

Case Reports[Analysis of adverse drug reaction/adverse event and early warning signal mining of Ginkgo biloba Dropping Pills based on SRS data].
In order to understand the characteristics of adverse drug reaction/adverse event(ADR/AE) of Ginkgo biloba Dropping Pills and evaluate the safety of clinical use after marketing, 407 ADR/AE case report data of Ginkgo biloba Dropping Pills collected by National Center for ADR Monitoring System during 2009-2018 was systematically analyzed, and its general characteristics were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods. The results showed that among the 407 cases of spontaneous reporting system(SRS) data, 401 cases were general ADR/AE, accounting for 98.5%, and 6 cases were severe ADR/AE, accounting for 1.5%; there were more females than males(171/150) in ADR/AE, and they were mainly middle-aged and elderly people aged 45-64 years(152 cases, accounting for 37.35%); gastrointestinal system(23.89%) was mostly involved in ADR/AE. ⋯ Due to the small sample size, there were only 0-2 ADR/AE cases with various symptoms in many quarters, with no warning signal by PRR and BCPNN methods. The findings suggest that ADR/AE of Ginkgo biloba Dropping Pills based on SRS system was not recorded in the package insert, and further active monitoring studies shall be conducted to improve relevant ADR/AE information and pay attention to its clinical drug safety issues.

[Pharmacovigilance study on drug-induced cardiac injury during treatment of COVID-19].
Because coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) is highly contagious and serious, it has posed a major threat to public health worldwide. The curative effects of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of COVID-19 have been widely recognized and confirmed. ⋯ The findings suggested being vigilant to drug-induced cardiac injury during the treatment of COVID-19, playing the advantages of clinical pharmacists and clinical Chinese pharmacists, improving the knowledge reserve of pharmacovigilance, strengthening the prescription review, medication notification and medication monitoring, promoting rational drug use and paying attention to special populations and high-risk groups. The study aims to provide suggestions and reference for pharmacovigilance and pharmaceutical care for front-line doctors and pharmacists against COVID-19, in order to avoid the occurrence of drug-induced heart injury for patients with COVID-19.

[Network pharmacology research on high frequency use of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and Aucklandiae Radix herb pair in treatment of constipation with aromatic traditional Chinese medicine based on data mining].
Based on data mining and through the method of network pharmacology, we analyzed the mechanism of high-frequency use of herb pair in the treatment of constipation with aromatic traditional Chinese medicine in this study. Through data mining, aromatic traditional Chinese medicine was obtained for the treatment of constipation and Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and Aucklandiae Radix herb pair was used as the research object. The volatile oil from Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and Aucklandiae Radix was extracted by steam distillation, and the chemical compositions of the volatile oil were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). ⋯ In KEGG enrichment pathway, neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction, endocrine resistance, Ca~(2+) signal pathway and IL-17 signaling pathway showed significant effect on constipation. The results of molecular docking showed that PGR, the target protein related to the treatment of constipation, had a good binding with gamma-linolenic acid, dihydro-alpha-ionone, alpha-eudesmol, caryophyllene oxide and beta-ionone. The results show that by using data mining technology and network pharmacology, it is revealed that the active components of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and Aucklandiae volatile oil in high frequency use of aromatic traditional Chinese medicine can be used totreat constipation mainly through CYP19 A1, PPARA, PGR, ACHE, SLC6 A2 and other targets, providing a new idea and method for the further study of aromatic traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of constipation.
