Historical Article[Textual research on Chinese herbaceous peony in Chinese classical prescriptions].
In this paper, the name, origin, producing area, harvesting and processing changes of Paeonia lactiflora used in classical prescriptions were studied by textual research of herbal medicine and field investigation. Chinese herbaceous peony wasn' t distinguished before the Northern and Southern Dynasties; Tao Hongjing proposed that there were two kinds of P. lactiflora in the Northern and Southern Dynasties, but they were not clearly defined; since the Song and Yuan Dynasties, the method of distinguishing P. lactiflora by flower color and root color was proposed. In the Ming Dynasty, people put forward the criteria similar to modern ones, that is,to divide red peony and white peony by means of harvesting and processing, and to continue for future generations. ⋯ When people in Song Dynasty revised the previous literature, they changed " Shaoyao" into " Baishao" and continued to use Paeoniae Radix Alba for future generations. Therefore, the origin of P. lactiflora in classical prescriptions before the Song Dynasty should be determined by the combination of prescription function and prescription meaning evolution; After the Song Dynasty, the origins of " Red Paeonia Root" and " White Paeonia Root" in prescriptions are basically the same as those in today's prescriptions, which should be recorded in ancient prescriptions. For the medicinal flavor of " Paeonia Root" recorded in prescriptions after the Song Dynasty, the origins can be determined by functional domination and the evolution of prescriptions.

[Expert consensus statement on treatment of type 2 diabetes with Xiaoke Pills in clinical practice].
Xiaoke Pills are Chinese and Western medicine compound preparations with effects of nourishing kidney and Yin,and supplementing Qi and promoting fluid. It is widely used in clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes( Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome),and continuously included in 2010,2013 and 2017 editions of Chinese prevention guide for type 2 diabetes. For the purpose of accurate positioning and rational use in clinic,it is necessary to further define the curative effect, indications, medication precautions and contraindications of Xiaoke Pills,in order to improve medication safety. ⋯ GRADE system was adopted for quality classification and evaluation of the evidences, and then the nominal group method was used to form consensus recommendations or suggestions. This consensus defined the curative effect advantages, target users, dosage, administration method, contraindications and precautions of Xiaoke Pills, and provided valuable reference for the clinical use of the drug. Thisconsensus still needs to be updated and revised based on new clinical problems and evidence-based evidence in practical application in the future.

[Textual research on "Zhu" in Chinese classical prescriptions].
Through consulting the ancient herbs and medical books, combining with modern literature and field investigation, this paper makes textual research on herbal medicine, and makes textual research on the name, origin, position and changes of collection and processing of the medicinal herbs in Ancient Classical Prescriptions. " Zhu" wasn't distinguished before the Northern and Southern Dynasties, but the efficacy of the techniques recorded in the documents at that time was similar to that of today's Atractylodis Rhizoma. Tao Hongjing put forward the theory of " red and white" in the Northern and Southern Dynasties. " Cangzhu" and " Baizhu" gradually differentiated, but there was no clear distinction between them. Since Song and Yuan Dynasties, " Baizhu" has been respected and classified in the literature. ⋯ Its safety and effectiveness have been confirmed, and the wild resources of modern atractylodes are scarce. Therefore,it is suggested that when classical famous prescriptions are developed, the prescription recorded as " Baizhu" does not need to be changed in its origin, that is,A. macrocephala at present or can choose the appropriate basis according to the principle of local righteousness. Textual research shows that the origin of " Cangzhu" in the classical prescription should be A. lancea.

[Network pharmacological study of Schizonepetae Herba and Saposhnikoviae Radix in treatment of ulcerative colitis].
The aim of this paper was to screen the active targets of Schizonepetae Herba and Saposhnikoviae Radix in the treatment of ulcerative colitis by means of network pharmacology, and to investigate their mechanism of action. The effective components of Schizonepetae Herba and Saposhnikoviae Radix were screened out by traditional Chinese medicine systematic pharmacological( TCMSP)database, with oral bioavilability( OB) ≥30% and drug-like( DL) ≥18% selected as the thresholds. Target PPI network was built between the main components and their corresponding targets. ⋯ Gene GO functional analysis suggested that biological process, molecular functions and cell components were involved, and it was found that ulcerative colitis might be related to transcription factor activity, and cytokine receptor binding, etc. Gene KEGG pathway enrichment analysis showed that the mechanism of ulcerative colitis might be associated with TNF and Toll-like receptors( TLRs) signaling pathway-mediated cytoinflammatory factors interleukin-1( IL-1) and interleukin-6( IL6). The possible mechanism of the effective components of Schizonepetae Herba and Saposhnikoviae Radix in treating ulcerative colitis might be related to intervening the cytokine receptor binding of TNF and TLRs signaling pathways, reducing the transcription of nuclear factor-kappaB( NF-κB),and inhibiting the secretion of intestinal inflammatory factors IL-1 and IL-6.

[Network pharmacology research on high frequency use of Tibetan medicine in treatment of HAPC based on data mining].
Based on the results of previous data mining, the mechanism of high frequency use of Tibetan medicine in the treatment of high altitude polycythemia(HAPC) was analyzed in this study by network pharmacology. The author obtained the high frequency use data on Tibetan medicine Terminalia chebula,Aucklandia lappa,Crocus sativus and Myristica fragrans for the treatment of HAPC by data mining in the previous period. The first five main active ingredients of each high frequency Tibetan medicine were screened out by reviewing comprehensive literature and TCMSP database. ⋯ The results showed that high-frequency Tibetan medicine had common pathways and targets in treating HAPC,such as T. chebula,A. lappa,C. sativus and M. fragrans. The medicines could reduce hemoglobin and enhance immunity by mediating cell proliferation and oxidative stress, exerting anti-inflammatory effects and participating in regulating blood vessels, showing therapeutic effects for HAPC. In this study, the multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway mechanism of Tibetan medicine in preventing and treating HAPC was analyzed from the information level, providing a useful reference for further study of Tibetan medicine in preventing and treating plateau diseases from the multi-dimensional perspective.
