[Application of Chinese medicine quality constant in grades evaluation of Moutan Cortex].
There are more and more literature reports about the application of Chinese medicine quality constant in the grading evaluation of Chinese medicine decoction pieces. Chinese medicine quality constant has particularly prominent advantages in comprehensive quantification,so it has become a new method and mode for grading Chinese medicine decoction pieces,highly recognized by the academic circle. In order to determine the effect of Chinese medicine quality constant,a method of grades evaluation for Moutan cortex was established in this paper. 15 batches of samples were collected from Chinese herbal slices enterprises to determine the external morphological indexes and inner quality indexes,calculate the Chinese medicine quality constant of Moutan cortex,and divide them into different grades. ⋯ This research indicated that Chinese quality constant can objectively divide grades of Moutan cortex decoction pieces,providing reference for formulating grades standards. It was also verified from the results that traditional quality evaluation of Moutan cortex was consistent with quality constant,and the connotation of percentage quality constant was elaborated as well. At the same time,it is suggested to establish a third-party Chinese medicine slices rating agency as soon as possible,which is to unify the terminology and provide rating services for the market.

[Study on regulation of NLRP3/SOCS3-TLR4-NF-κB inflammatory pathway by wogonoside to improve hepatic insulin resistance].
This study was to investigate the hypoglycemic effect of wogonoside to improve hepatic insulin resistance( IR) and its relative anti-inflammatory mechanism. The stable IR-Hep G2 cell model was established by the combination of 1×10-9 mol·L-1 insulin and 3. 75×10-6 mol·L-1 dexamethasone for 48 hours. The changes of glucose consumption in IR-Hep G2 cells with different concentrations of wogonoside( 1,5,10,20,50 μmol·L-1) at different time points( 30,36,48,54 h) were detected by glucose oxidase assay to determine the optimal onset time. ⋯ Compared with IR model group,wogonoside not only inhibited the protein expression of inflammatory nuclear transcriptional factors NLRP3,SOCS3,TLR4,NF-κB,but also decreased the expression of downstream inflammatory effect factors IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α． In addition,wogonoside elevated Ob-R,p-IRS2/IRS2,p-PI3 K/PI3 K( p85),p-Akt/Akt and GLUT1/2/4 protein expression,whereas it suppressed leptin expression that was regulated by SOCS3. Wogonoside could promote glucose uptake and increase glycogen content to enhance insulin sensitivity in IR-Hep G2 cells. The hypoglycemic effect may be related to the intervention of NLRP3/SOCS3-TLR4-NF-κB inflammatory pathway and decrease of inflammatory factor expression.

[Exploration of Baihu Jia Renshen Decoction formula syndromes based on severe cases of critical care and integrative medicine and its clinical efficacy on clearing heat,elevating blood pressure,curing hypertonic and lowering blood sugar].
Baihu Jia Renshen Decoction recorded in Treatise on Febrile Diseases by Zhang Zhongjing in the Han Dynasty could be used to clear heat,invigorate Qi,and promote fluid production. The indications of Baihu Jia Renshen Decoction include infectious diseases,such as lung infection,influenza,encephalitis,enteric typhoid and hospital infection; thermoplegia; acute cerebrovascular disease,diabetes mellitus,severe hyperosmolarity,hypernatremia,intractable hypotension,shock and other internal diseases; sweating,irritation,thirst,want to drink several liters of water,dry mouth,dry tongue,and big pulse. ⋯ The prescription can be used to treat exogenous and internal injury diseases,which are characterized by excessive heat,fluid injury,thirst for water,dry mouth,dry tongue and other symptoms; refractory hypotension and hypovolemic shock that need large dose of supplemental fluid to maintain blood pressure and may also belong to the extension of the Baihu Jia Renshen Decoction formula syndrome; severe hyperosmolarity and hypernatremia needing nasal feeding with large quantities of sterile water or cool boiled water that may also belong to the extension of the Baihu Jia Renshen Decoction formula syndrome; the four major symptoms,namely severe heat,excessive perspiration,great thirst,and large-bounding pulse,are actually the indications of Baihu Jia Renshen Decoction,rather than Baihu Decoction. Severe irritability should also be added into the indications of Baihu Jia Renshen Decoction; severe heat refers to pathogenesis,rather than a symptom.

[Editorial explanation for Expert consensus statement on Diemailing Kudiezi Injection in clinical practice].
Expert consensus statement on Diemailing Kudiezi Injection in clinical practice was approved on April 17,2019 by the Standardadization Office of the Chinese Association of Chinese Medicine. This project,which started in November 2017,has been developed and completed in accordance with the standard developing procedure. This paper will give a detailed introduction to the compilation process about the consensus. ⋯ There is no doubts that the editorial explanation is an important auxiliary document in the process of consensus-making. It is the extension and supplement of consensus content and a basis for fully understanding the technical content of this consensus. Therefore it is an indispensable document in the process of consensus-making.

Meta Analysis[Shensong Yangxin Capsules in the adjuvant treatment of stable angina pectoris:a Meta-analysis and trial sequential analysis].
To systemically evaluate the benefits and side effects of Shensong Yangxin Capsules( SYC) in the adjuvant treatment of stable angina pectoris( SAP). Chinese and English databases( PubMed,EMbase,the Cochrane Library,CBM,CNKI,VIP,Wan Fang database) were retrieved to collect the randomized controlled trials( RCTs) about therapeutic efficacy of SYC combined with routine drug( trial group) vs routine drug( control group) in the treatment of SAP. The methodological quality of the RCTs was evaluated based on the cochrane risk of bias assessment tool. ⋯ No obvious adverse drug reactions were observed in all studies. TSA analysis showed that the evidence of Meta-analysis was reliable. SYC combined with routine Western medicine treatment for SAP can improve the total effective rate of angina pectoris,reduce 24 h total ischemia time,ST segment depression amplitude,duration of angina pectoris attack,frequency of angina pectoris attack and nitroglycerin dosage,and also can improve blood lipid and hs-CRP levels.
