Meta Analysis[Efficacy and safety of breviscapine injection in treatment of unstable angina pectoris: systematic review and Meta-analysis].
To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of breviscapine injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris (UAP). Eight electronic databases and clinical trials registries were searched to collect randomized controlled trials on breviscapine injection in the treatment of UAP. According to the evaluation standards in Cochrane Handbook 5.1, two independent reviewers screened out the literature, extracted data and assessed the quality of the studies included. ⋯ The safety of breviscapine injection needs to be further studied and clarified because of the combination of drugs and the incomplete information reported in the original study. The current evidence suggested that the combination of breviscapine injection and conventional therapy had certain advantages in curative effect for the treatment of UAP. Due to the low quality of the study and its own shortcomings, it is necessary to design more rigorous, high-quality, multi-center randomized double-blind controlled trials to increase the strength of the evidence.

Meta Analysis[Clinical characteristics of five traditional Chinese medicine injections in treating heart failure based on Meta-analysis literature].
In this article, we analyze the clinical characteristics of five kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections in treating heart failure based on Meta-analysis. A total of 24 Meta-analysis papers were included, which involved Shenfu Injection, Shenmai Injection, Shengmai Injection, Danhong Injection and Huangqi Injection. The numbers of literatures of Shenfu Injection, Shenmai Injection and Shengmai Injection are high than the other two injections. ⋯ From this information, we can see that Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine injections can significantly improve the clinical efficiency. These injections need to be used according to patients' symptom. In the present, as the quality of clinical research literature of traditional Chinese medicine injections is low, the efficiency and safety evaluation of Chinese medicine injections still requires higher level of clinical evidence.

[Study on relevance mining of "core drug action target" in Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions].
Based on the database of "Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions", high-frequency herbs of Xiaoke disease is mined by traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system, and core herbs and combinations are discovered through association rules and cluster analysis. On this basis, based on the integrative pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine to explore the herb-disease relationship, the "herb-compound-target" network is constructed and enriched for the analysis of key target gene functions, metabolic pathways, and their "core herb-target interactions". In order to explore the molecular mechanism of its prevention and treatment of diabetes, 341 diabetes prescriptions are collected, organized, and tapped in the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions. ⋯ There were seven similar targets in the 10 crucial core targets predicted with the combination of "Ophiopogonis Radix, Coptidis Rhizoma and Trichosanthis Radix", including PLCD1, PIK3R1, ENPP1, ADCY1, AKT1, PRKAA1, GCK. These genes were mainly located in the cytosol, plasma membrane, etc., involved in adenosine triphosphate binding, protein binding, platelet activation, etc., mainly involved in the endocrine system, signal transduction, chemokine signaling pathway, cancer pathway, and other metabolic pathways, and it is speculated that these genes were potentially associated with diabetes. In this study, Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System and Integrative Pharmacology of Traditional Chinese Medicine are used to analyze the prescription law of Xiaoke prescription, and the correlation of "core herbs-functionary targets" is excavated, which provided the basis and reference for the screening and development of TCM prescriptions for the prevention and treatment of diabetes.

[Analysis on prescription rules of Chen Baogui's prescriptions for treating epigastric fullness based on data mining].
To summary and analyze the prescription rules of Professor Chen Baogui, a famous traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) doctor, for treating epigastric fullness. Professor Chen Baogui's prescriptions for treating epigastric fullness were collected and the treatment data were input into traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system (TCMISS) to analyze the rules of the prescriptions by using data mining methods. Based on the screened 214 cases, the treatment experience of Professor Chen Baogui for treating epigastric fullness was summarized and analyzed. ⋯ The results of four properties and five tastes showed Professor Chen's medication compatibility rules: one was simultaneous use of cold and warm drugs, and the other was simultaneous use of pungent drugs for dispersion and bitter drugs for purgation. In drug use, the basic prescriptions had the efficacy of promoting Qi circulation and regulating viscera function, additionally with the drugs with functions of eliminating digestion and inducing stagnation, activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis, replenishing Qi and nourishing Yin, tranquilizing mind, strengthening muscles and bones according to the TCM syndrome type. The clinical experience of Professor Chen for treating epigastric fullness was objectively summarized with the help of TCMISS, which was significant for analyzing and inheriting academic thinking and medication experience from famous TCM doctors.

Meta Analysis[Chinese patent medicines with function of resolving hard lump for cyclomastopathy: network Meta-analysis].
This systematic review aims to systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Chinese patent medicines with resolving hard lump function for the treatment of cyclomastopathy. We searched CNKI, WanFang, SinoMed, PubMed, EMbase, and The Cochrane Library from the inception to January 3 2018, to collect the randomized controlled trials（RCTs）on Chinese patent medicines with resolving hard lump function in treating cyclomastopathy. Two reviewers independently screened literature, extracted data and assessed the methodological quality of included studies. ⋯ The network Meta-analysis showed that: Xiaoru Sanjie Capsules, Ruhe Sanjie Pills, Yanlu Rukang Capsules, Quyu Sanjie Capsules, and Hongjin Xiaojie Capsules were the top five in terms of treatment effect. Chinese patent medicines with resolving hard lump function had better clinical efficacy. Due to the low quality of included studies， more high quality RCTs are needed to verify the above conclusion.
