[Problems and solutions in modern research of traditional Chinese herbal pieces processing technology].
Chinese medicine processing is the main feature that distinguishes traditional Chinese medicine from natural medicine and plant medicine, and is the main feature in clinical medication of traditional Chinese medicine. The research of Chinese medicine processing technology is an important link to realize standardization and standardization of Chinese herbal pieces, with urgent need to attract high attention. At present, there are still many problems in the research of processing technology of Chinese herbal pieces, mainly including inconsistent processing technology, large differences in process technology parameters, and unstable production technology of Chinese herbal pieces, resulting in uncontrollable quality of Chinese herbal pieces and affecting the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine. This paper focused on the establishment of a unified standard processing technology, and put forward the countermeasures for the processing technology of Chinese medicine based on a comprehensive analysis of the current situations of the processing technology of Chinese herbal pieces, with significance for guiding the establishment of a standardized processing technology of Chinese medicine.

[Research on XOD captured components in Lagotis brevituba based on UPLC-Q-TOF-MS and molecular docking technology].
Potential xanthine oxidase (XOD) inhibitors in Lagotis brevituba were captured by using affinity and ultrafiltration. The structures of the captured components were identified by ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with Q-TOF mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q-TOF-MS). The binding intensity and binding mechanism between the captured components and XOD were analyzed by using molecular docking software Autodock 4.2. ⋯ Molecular docking results showed that all the captured components could be spontaneously bound with XOD mainly via hydrogen bond, Van der Waals' force and hydrophobic interaction. From the perspective of binding energy and scoring function, the collected fractions all had potential prospects for XOD inhibitors, and the flavonoid luteolin-3',7 glucuronide had the best effect. The results also showed that affinity and ultrafiltration, ultra-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS) and molecular docking technology can provide a powerful tool for the analysis of XOD inhibitor components in natural products.

[Quality evaluation of Taraxaci Herba based on fingerprint analysis and quantitative analysis of multi-components].
Taraxaci Herba was derived from the dried Herba of Taraxacum mongolicum, T. borealisinense and several species from the Taraxacum genus. Taraxaci Herba has been widely used in traditional Chinese and folk medicines. According to the different growth and cultivation pattern, Taraxaci Herba could be divided into two species, wild Taraxaci Herba and cultivated Taraxaci Herba. ⋯ Moreover, chemometrics analysis such as principal component analysis and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis were performed to compare and discriminate the wild samples and cultivated samples based on the quantitative data. The chemometrics results indicated that 4,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid and luteolin were significant to effectively discriminate the wild Taraxaci Herba and cultivated Taraxaci Herba samples, and these two compounds could be recognized as chemical markers for quality evaluation of wild Taraxaci Herba and cultivated Taraxaci Herba. The fingerprint analysis and quantitative analysis of multi-components could be a well-acceptable strategy for evaluation the quality of Taraxaci Herba.

Meta Analysis[Systematic review on efficacy and safety of Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction].
To systemically evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction and provide the reference of evidence-based medicine for its clinical safety and effective drug use. Databases including CNKI, WanFang Data, SinoMed, the Cochrane Library, EMbase and PubMed were searched from inception to April 2018 to collect the randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. The quality of all included studies was evaluated by two independent reviewers following the cochrane systematic review method and using Revman5.3 software and State13.0 for Meta-analysis. ⋯ Meta-analysis showed that as compared with the control group of conventional western medicine alone, Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection combined with conventional western medicine can achieve better efficacy in treatment of acute cerebral infarction, increase the clinical total effective rate (RR=1.22, 95% CI [1.18, 1.27], P<0.000 01) and activities of daily living (MD=9.42, 95% CI [8.12, 10.72], P<0.000 01), and improve the degree of neurological impairment (MD=-3.99, 95% CI [-4.89, -3.07], P<0.000 01). Furthermore, the result showed that Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can significantly decrease the whole blood high-shear viscosity, whole blood low-shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen level and other hemorheological indexes (P<0.01). This Meta-analysis demonstrated that Danshen Chuan xiongqin injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is safe and effective, but lacks the large multicenter clinical randomized trials to support the treatment outcome.

[Cloning of Guamerin gene in Whitmania pigra and its spatio-temporal expression analysis after ingestion].
The present study cloned wpGuamerin gene from a non-bloodsucking leech (Whitmania pigra), and the bioinformatics analysis of the sequence was performed. Additionally, the effects of feeding duration on the expression profile of the wp Guamerin gene were explored. The results showed that its sequence consisted of 295 nucleotides encoding a peptide of 83 amino acids(Genbank: KX768545), and its relative molecular weight is 9 145.95 Da. wp Guamerin does not encode proteins with a signal peptide, belonging to the hydrophilic protein. ⋯ Its expression in muscle and salivary glands showed a single peak curve after feeding and the peak was observed in the 1st and 3rd after feeding, respectively. In summary, wp Guamerin in Wh. pigra is a small molecule polypeptide protein and is different from the Guamerin in blood-sucking leeches. wpGuamerin does not express in the digestive tract of Wh. pigra, and mainly express in muscle. Feeding behavior would stimulate the expression of wpGuamerin gene in muscle and salivary glands, but not in digestive tract.
