[UPLC fingerprint and multi-components determination of three processed products of Rhizome of Curcuma wenyujin].
To analyse the quality of three processed products of Rhizome of Curcuma wenyujin by establishing an ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) method for simultaneously determining five sesquiterpene components in three processed products of rhizome of C. wenyujin and establishing UPLC fingerprints. Component determination was achieved on Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C₁₈ column（2.1 mm×50 mm, 1.7 μm), with acetonitrile-water as mobile phase for gradient elution. The flow rate was 0.3 mL·min⁻¹; column temperature was 30 °C; the detection wavelength was set at 214 nm and injection volume was 1 μL. ⋯ The similarity of 30 batches of samples was larger than 0.9, indicating good consistency of the samples. The samples can be clearly classified into three categories for HCA, PCA and OPLS-DA pattern recognition, the differential chromatographic peak among three processed products was found respectively. The results showed that the pharmacology basis had changed obviously after processing of Rhizome of C. wenyujin, so it can provide the scientific basis for rational clinical application and establishing quality standards of three processed products of Rhizome of curcuma wenyujin.

Meta Analysis[Efficacy and safety of Xiyanping injection combined with azithromycin in treating mycoplasma pneumonia of children: Meta-analysis].
To systemically evaluate the safety and efficacy of Xiyanping injection combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasmal pneumonia in children. PubMed, Wanfang Data, CNKI, VIP and CBM were used to search for the clinical randomized controlled trials on Xiyanping injection combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasmal pneumonia in children from database establishment to July, 2017. The papers were screened according to the established inclusion and exclusion criteria, and then the quality of the included studies was evaluated to extract valid data for Meta-analysis by using Revman 5.3 software. ⋯ Meta-analysis showed that as compared with azithromycin alone, the combination of azithromycin with azithromycin had obvious advantages in the total effective rate（OR=5.42,95%CI[3.98,7.38],P<0.000 01）, fever clearance time（MD=-1.29,95%CI[-1.51,-1.08],P<0.000 01）, cough disappearance time （MD=-1.72,95%CI[-1.99,-1.46],P<0.000 01）, lung wet rales disappearance time（MD=-1.51,95%CI[-1.88,-1.14],P<0.000 01）, chest X-ray recovery time（MD=-2.72,95%CI[-3.82,-1.63],P<0.000 01）, shortening the hospital stay（MD=-1.88,95%CI[-2.26,-1.50],P<0.000 01）, reducing the incidence of adverse reactions（MD=0.51,95%CI[0.33,0.79],P=0.002）, and other aspects, with statistically significant difference. Based on the existing evidences, Xiyanping injection combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasmal pneumonia in children can significantly improve the overall clinical efficiency, shorten the hospital stay and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. However, the clinical trials of existing small randomized controlled trials have low quality of methodology and require a large sample of high quality clinical trials for further validation.

Meta Analysis[External therapies of traditional Chinese medicine combined with sodium hyaluronate injected in articular cavity therapy on knee osteoarthritis: Meta-analysis].
To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of external therapies of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) combined with sodium hyaluronate(SH) injected in articular cavity therapy on knee osteoarthritis(KOA). The following databases such as CNKI, WanFang, VIP, CBM, PubMed and Medline were researched to collect the randomized controlled trails on external therapies of TCM combined with sodium hyaluronate injected in articular cavity therapy on KOA. The selection of studies, assessment of methodological quality and data extraction were performed independently by two researchers. ⋯ But two groups have no difference in Womac score (P=0.13). Compared with the treatment with sodium hyaluronate injected in articular cavity, external therapies of TCM combined with sodium hyaluronate injected in articular cavity, a promising treatment options, can be complementary advantages, improve the clinical curativ effect. But it still needs low risk and high quality clinical trials to verify.

[Intestinal absorption of puerarin nanocrystalline self-stabilizing pickering emulsion in rats].
To study the intestinal absorption characteristics of drug's nanocrystalline self-stabilizing Pickering emulsion (NSSPE) in situ in rats. Rat single-pass intestinal perfusion model was established, and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to detect the concentration of puerarin in rat intestinal perfusion solution, assay the absorption rate constant (Ka) and the intestinal apparent permeability coefficient (Papp) of NSSPE in duodenum, jejunum, ileum, and colon, which were compared with those of raw material, nanocrystal and normal emulsion, respectively. ⋯ As compared with raw material, nanocrystal and normal emulsion, the Ka and Papp values of NSSPE in duodenum were significantly higher than those of other three preparations (P<0.05); and the Ka and Papp values of NSSPE in jejunum and colon were significantly higher than those of raw material, nanocrystal and normal emulsion (P<0.01); and the Ka and Papp of NSSPE in ileum were also higher than those of raw material and normal emulsion (P<0.05), but had no obvious difference with nanocrystal. The results showed that NSSPE could significantly improve the absorption of puerarin in the intestine of rats.

Review[Effect and regulation mechanism of Chinese Bushen Huoxue prescriptions on endometrial receptivity].
Endometrial receptivity refers to the ability of endometrium to accept and accommodate endometrial implantation in the process of embryo implantation in implantation window period. It is an important factor affecting the rate of blastocyst implantation in assisted reproduction. It is worth mentioning that ovulation-promoting drugs in current assisted reproduction technology could reduce endometrial receptivity and inhibit blastocyst implantation, greatly affecting the success rate of assisted reproduction. ⋯ Chinese Bushen Huoxue prescriptions could nourish the kidney-essence, and promote blood circulation, playing an important role in treating infertility with combined application of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine. These studies suggest that Chinese Bushen Huoxue prescriptions could improve endometrial receptivity, and their mechanisms are worth further investigation. This article has summarized the research progress of Chinese Bushen Huoxue prescriptions in the field of assisted reproduction, summarized the deficiency of current researches, and preliminarily discussed the potential application prospect of Chinese Bushen Huoxue prescriptions in the treatment of infertility.
