Review Case Reports[Case report and review of a voluminous right atrial myxoma revealed by heart failure].
Right atrial myxoma is a rare disease and its clinical presentation is not specific. The usual mode of revelation is heart failure. The most frequent complications are pulmonary embolism and atrioventricular valve obstruction by the tumor. ⋯ Its surgical excision under extracorporeal circulation was successfully performed. Histology confirmed the final diagnosis of myxoma. No complication was observed at 6 months follow-up.

Can troponin elevation predict worse prognosis in patients with acute pericarditis?
Myopericarditis are common in clinical practice: up to 15% of acute pericarditis have a significant myocardial involvement as assessed by biological markers. This prospective, bicentric study is aimed at describing a myopericarditis population, the clinical and MRI follow-up, and search for prognosis markers. ⋯ Myopericarditis significantly distinguished from pericarditis. Three years follow-up showed no difference in terms of global complications but a higher cardiac mortality for myopericarditis. MRI myocardial lesions did not develop into symptomatic sequelae.

Case Reports[Cerebral aneurysm and subarachnoid hemorrhage revealed by a Tako Tsubo syndrome].
Cerebral hemorrhage is usually associated to many cardiac disorders, mimicking acute coronary syndrome. We relate a case of a postmenopausal woman presenting at emergency room for acute coronary syndrome and whose evaluation revealed a subarachnoidal hemorrhage, normal coronary arteries, and a typical Tako Tsubo aspect on echocardiography with apical ballooning and hyperkinesis with basal hypokinesis.

Case Reports[Huge right atrial myxoma revealed by right heart failure].
Right atrial myxoma is a heart benignant tumor characterized by an important clinical polymorphism. We report a case of a 30-year-old female with a diagnosis of a big right atrial myxoma. ⋯ The surgical excision of the tumor has been done under extracorporal circulation. The patient died after a second intervention for tricuspid failure.

[Anaesthesiologic implications of the radial approach in interventional cardiology].
The development of the radial approach in interventional cardiology is one of the reasons for the increase in demands for anaesthesia services in the cardiac catheterization room. The technique in which sedation is carried out in this particular environment has gradually changed, in parallel with the development of new technologies in anaesthesia, particularly suited to achieving short sedation in spontaneous ventilation. This article evaluates this issue and suggests an updated therapeutic approach.
