The central nervous system was thought to be devoid of lymphatics. Recently, the existence of an authentic brain lymphatic system, known as the glymphatic system, composed of paravascular channels penetrating arterial and venous brain vessels and dural lymphatics cleaning the interstitial space, has been demonstrated. ⋯ Even though data are still preliminary, the glymphatic system could be decisively involved in the pathophysiology of neurological disorders such as neurodegenerative and demyelinating diseases, normal pressure hydrocephalus, stroke or certain headaches. The discovery of this system should provide new opportunities for the treatment of these neurological disorders.

Interleukin 6 and depression in patients affected by Covid-19.
Rise of central cytokines resulting from infections produces neuronal changes. Covid-19 allows the study of depressive symptoms in sustained stress and its relationship with molecular mechanisms. ⋯ We found no correlation between the levels of IL-6, IL-1β, and TNF-α with the GDS score. Depressive symptomatology is similar to vascular depressions.

Granulomatous lymphocytic interstitial lung disease: description of a series of 9 cases.
Granulomatous-lymphocytic interstitial lung disease (GLILD) is one of the most serious non-infectious complications in patients with common variable immunodeficiency (CVID). Its diagnosis and treatment are challenging. ⋯ GLILD is a rare complication of CVID whose diagnosis and treatment are a challenge. Its diagnosis requires a high index of suspicion, therefore a multidisciplinary diagnostic approach and combined treatment could provide a good result in the adult population.
