The cryoablation efficacy of semisolid freezing nitrogen ethanol composite (FNEC) has been demonstrated. We aimed to investigate the feasibility of adjuvant FNEC-assisted cryoablation in different bone cavity types by assessing the perioperative complication rates. ⋯ All bone cavity types had a low incidence of perioperative complications after treatment with adjuvant FNEC-assisted cryoablation. Semisolid FNEC-assisted cryoablation is a feasible alternative to overcome the liquid spill potential in bone cavities resulting from tumor resection and intralesional curettage.

Explore the correlation between hip morphology and labral tear location/size. ⋯ A large alpha angle (>57°) is significantly correlated with increased incidence of superior and posterosuperior labral tear, and larger tear size in patients with hip pain, and the relationships depend on age.

Clinical outcomes of fetal selective reduction in dichorionic triplet pregnancies.
It is recommended to reduce triplet pregnancy containing monochorionic (MC) twins to singleton. Given that some couples with infertility are eager to retain twins, better strategy is needed to avoid obstetrical risks and satisfy their strong wish. This retrospective observational study aimed to investigate the outcomes of triplet pregnancy reduction. ⋯ DCT reduced to DCDA twins confers better pregnancy outcomes than into MCDA twins. This might benefit for triplet pregnancy subjects who strongly want to retain fraternal twins.

Lung adenocarcinoma-an aggressive and life-threatening malignancy-is a type of non-small-cell lung cancer. Despite medical advancements, the prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma remains unfavorable, likely because of its heterogeneous nature. Furthermore, few subtype-specific treatments are available for lung adenocarcinoma. This study was conducted to explore the molecular subtypes of lung adenocarcinoma. ⋯ This study introduced an innovative multiomics data analysis pipeline. Using this approach, we successfully identified four molecular subtypes of lung adenocarcinoma and their candidate therapeutic agents. The newly identified subtypes can be combined with the current biomarkers to generate a comprehensive roadmap for treatment decision-making.
