Comparative Study[Comparative study about enhanced recovery after cesarean section: What benefits, what risks?]
The post-caesarean enhanced recovery protocol's goal is to allow a quick recovery of previous physical capabilities and increase the chances of an early release and return to normal activities. ⋯ The post-cesarean enhanced recovery seams to allow the significant improvement in recovery of autonomy and length of hospitalization stay without increasing significantly the rate of complications except for the acute retentions of urines which involve in postpartum period close monitoring patients' urination.

[Evaluation of enhanced recovery for elective cesarean section].
To evaluate the implementation of a protocol of enhanced recovery for elective cesarean section in a level III maternity. ⋯ Early rehabilitation protocol was applied safely. It resolved in good management of pain, nausea and vomiting in postoperative. It participated in reducing adverse outcomes that could slow recovery and therefore allowed earlier hospital discharge, while maintaining high level of satisfaction with their care.

To study the occurrence of cords accident (nuchal cords, prolapse, and braces) after external cephalic version according to its failure or success. ⋯ Success or failed External cephalic version is not associated with an increased risk of cord accident.
