Inter-reader agreement of magnetic resonance imaging proton density fat fraction and its longitudinal change in a clinical trial of adults with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis.
To determine the inter-reader agreement of magnetic resonance imaging proton density fat fraction (PDFF) and its longitudinal change in a clinical trial of adults with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). ⋯ Inter-reader agreement for measuring whole-liver PDFF and its longitudinal change is high. 9-ROI measurements have only slightly lower agreement than 27-ROI measurements.

To compare the rates of colorectal and extracolonic findings at CT colonography (CTC) screening between patients with and without a personal prior history of other. ⋯ Relevant colorectal and extracolonic findings at CTC screening are increased in patients with a previous extracolonic cancer history, particularly among certain cancer subsets. These results may have important implications for choice of colorectal test in these patients.

The aim of the study was to assess the effectiveness of Superb Micro-vascular Imaging (SMI) as an alternative to Contrast-Enhanced Ultrasound (CEUS) and Computed Tomography Angiography (CTA) for endoleak detection and classification in patients followed up after endovascular abdominal aortic aneurysm repair (EVAR). ⋯ The analysis showed that SMI is effective, repeatable, and comparable with the CEUS modality in identification endoleaks after EVAR; it may be considered as a potential tool to monitor patients after EVAR implantation, especially those with renal insufficiency or with an allergy to any contrast media.

To evaluate precision of a software-based liver surface nodularity (LSN) score derived from CT images. ⋯ The software-based LSN score is a quantitative CT imaging biomarker with excellent repeatability, reproducibility, inter-observer agreement, and test-retest repeatability.

To evaluate the accuracy of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis in pregnant patients and the value of additional diffusion-weighted MRI (DWI). ⋯ MRI has high accuracy for the diagnosis of acute appendicitis in pregnant patients. Therefore, MRI is recommended for use as a first-line diagnostic test for pregnant patients with clinically suspected appendicitis.
