To demonstrate a technique for the laparoscopic surgical management of cesarean section scar ectopic pregnancy. ⋯ Laparoscopic excision of cesarean section scar ectopic pregnancy is an effective procedure for the management of this increasingly more common condition. The use of vasopressin intraoperatively and laparoscopic suturing can prevent hemorrhage and allow for the safe removal of the ectopic pregnancy with multilayer repair of the uterine defect.

Impact of Video Coaching on Gynecologic Resident Laparoscopic Suturing: A Randomized Controlled Trial.
To determine if the addition of video coaching to an obstetrics and gynecology resident laparoscopic simulation curriculum improves acquisition of suturing skills. ⋯ Video coaching during laparoscopic simulation training has the greatest impact early in junior learners' skill acquisition, thus providing another tool for simulation training curricula.

Risk Factors, Clinical Presentation, and Outcomes for Abdominal Wall Endometriosis.
To evaluate the risk factors, presentation, and outcomes in cases of abdominal wall endometriosis. ⋯ Abdominal wall endometriosis is a rare but unique form of endometriosis. Careful history and clinical examination can provide accurate diagnosis and avoid unnecessary delay before surgical intervention. Localized cyclic abdominal pain with the absence of dysmenorrhea and a history of prior laparotomy are independent risk factors with very high accuracy for diagnosis.
