The Asociación para el Cuidado de la Diabetes en Argentina - CUI.D.AR, carried out an online survey specifically designed to collect the knowledge and perceptions people who suffered from diabetes mellitus and their close contacts had on the Influenza virus and the potential risks associated with the infection. The survey also explored the confidence level in vaccines in general and in anti-influenza vaccines in particular. ⋯ The present survey contributes realworld data that could help optimize diabetic people's immunization.

Observational Study
[Human monkeypox: epidemiological and clinical characteristics of a series of cases].
Monkeypox It is a zoonotic disease. The etiologic agent is the monkeypox virus. Since January 1, 2022, monkeypox cases have been reported to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 110 Member States across 6 WHO regions. ⋯ In this case series we were able to observe mostly mild symptoms, with anogenital lesions being the most frequent clinical presentation. The presence of sequelae, the social and emotional impact of this disease make a multidisciplinary approach necessary.

Case Reports
Hemoptysis after COVID-19 and the importance of differential diagnosis: Birt-Hogg-Dubé syndrome.
Birt-Hogg-Dubé syndrome is a genodermatosis of autosomal dominant inheritance characterized by mutations in the folliculin (FLCN) gene. There is an inappropriate inhibition/activation of a protein, the foliculin, which may cause tumor lesions in skin, renal and lung lesions; they could have more risk of developing pneumothorax compared to the normal population. A 38-year-old male patient with bronchial asthma who consulted for hemoptysis three weeks after recovery from COVID-19 infection. ⋯ A genetic disorder associated with skin lesions was suspected. A multi-genetic panel that includes BRCA1, BRCA2, TP53 and FLCN genes was requested, which reported the mutation of the FLCN gene in heterozygosis classified as pathognomonic of Birt-Hogg-Dubé syndrome. Patient is currently under clinical follow-up while genetic counseling was requested for relatives.

We present an unusual case of an anomalous left coronary artery arising from the contralateral sinus of Valsalva: a 63-year-old male patient who consulted to our emergency department with 1-week history of progressive dyspnea on exertion with clinical signs of heart failure, associated with lung congestion on the chest X ray and elevated NT-proBNP levels (2000 pg/ml; normal value <150). Doppler echocardiography showed severe dilation of both left atrium and left ventricle, with severe deterioration of LV systolic function (Ejection fraction of 26%), global hypokinesia and a moderate mitral regurgitation with central jet. A cardiac catheterization was performed, which evidenced an anomalous origin of the left main coronary artery from the right coronary sinus with a proximal lesion of nearly 50%. ⋯ An angioplasty with implantation of a drug-eluting stent (with Everolimus) was performed successfully to the target lesion. The patient evolved favorably during hospitalization and was discharged from the medical center to continue outpatient follow-up. Patient remained asymptomatic at 1-month and 6 months, during clinical evaluation, without evidence of ischemia on noninvasive functional assessment.

Immune checkpoints inhibitors have shown a remarkable improvement in overall survival of stage IV renal cell carcinoma patients. Nevertheless, there is a wide range of immune-related adverse events (IRAE) that arise from these revolutionary treatments. Autoimmune encephalitis is a rare but severe central nervous system IRAE in these cancer patients. ⋯ After high doses of corticosteroids patient's condition improved significantly with full recovery after 5 days of treatment. Even though nivolumab was not reinstalled, a persistent response of her oncologic disease was evidenced. We expect that this case can contribute to the existing literature of both subjects, the management of autoimmune encephalitis as grade IV immune related adverse event and the responses of immune checkpoint inhibitors after IRAE.
