Monoaminergic network abnormalities: a marker for multiple sclerosis-related fatigue and depression.
To investigate monoaminergic network abnormalities in patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) according to their fatigue and depressive status through a positron emission tomography (PET)-based constrained independent component analysis (ICA) on resting state (RS) functional MRI (fMRI). ⋯ Patients with MS present diffuse dysregulation in the monoaminergic networks. Specific alterations in these networks were associated with fatigue and depression, providing a pathological marker for these bothersome symptoms and putative targets for their treatment.

MOG antibody-associated encephalitis in adult: clinical phenotypes and outcomes.
We investigated the clinical characteristics and outcomes of myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) antibody-associated autoimmune encephalitis (MOGAE) in adult patients. ⋯ Outcomes are different according to the three phenotypes in MOGAE. Short immunotherapy maintenance is associated with relapse, and brain atrophy was associated with poor outcomes. Patients with dual antibodies of NMDAR and MOG have a high relapse rate.

Reliable virtual clinical assessment in spino-bulbar muscular atrophy (SBMA).
Spino-bulbar muscular atrophy (SBMA), caused by a CAG repeat expansion in the androgen receptor gene, affects adult men and results in muscle atrophy and weakness in the bulbar and limb muscles and signs of partial androgen insensitivity. During the COVID-19 pandemic, outpatients' visits have been reduced to preserve safety of frail patients, and telehealth was largely employed. ⋯ Our data show that telehealth is a valid tool to monitor patients with SBMA: AMAT and SBMA-FRS scales can be effectively, reliably and easily administered remotely.
