Randomized Controlled Trial Multicenter Study
Screening and counselling in the primary care setting for women who have experienced intimate partner violence (WEAVE): a cluster randomised controlled trial.
Evidence for a benefit of interventions to help women who screen positive for intimate partner violence (IPV) in health-care settings is limited. We assessed whether brief counselling from family doctors trained to respond to women identified through IPV screening would increase women's quality of life, safety planning and behaviour, and mental health. ⋯ Australian National Health and Medical Research Council.

Randomized Controlled Trial Multicenter Study
Caesarean section surgical techniques (CORONIS): a fractional, factorial, unmasked, randomised controlled trial.
Variations exist in the surgical techniques used for caesarean section and many have not been rigorously assessed in randomised controlled trials. We aimed to assess whether any surgical techniques were associated with improved outcomes for women and babies. ⋯ UK Medical Research Council and WHO.
