Randomized Controlled Trial
Efficacy and tolerability of erenumab in patients with episodic migraine in whom two-to-four previous preventive treatments were unsuccessful: a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled, phase 3b study.
A substantial proportion of patients with migraine does not respond to, or cannot tolerate, oral preventive treatments. We assessed its efficacy and tolerability in patients with episodic migraine in whom previous treatment with two-to-four migraine preventives had been unsuccessful. ⋯ Novartis Pharma.
