Drug-induced prolongation of the corrected QT interval (QTc) may lead to serious and potentially life-threatening ventricular tachyarrhythmia, such as torsades de pointes (Tdp), which is worthy of clinical attention. Here, we report 1 case of Tdp after a coadministration of fluoxetine and amiodarone. ⋯ The present case demonstrates that a potential drug-drug interaction (DDI) may lead to a life-threatening drug adverse reaction (ADR) especially in special subjects. Therefore, clinicians should closely monitor the electrocardiogram (ECG) when QTc-prolonging agents are given to patients with cardiac abnormalities, and avoid combining 2 QTc-prolonging drugs.

Cavernous hemangiomas of the temporalis muscle with prominent formation of phleboliths: Case report and review of the literature.
Hemangiomas are benign tumors characterized by an abnormal proliferation of blood vessels, most often occur in the skin and subcutaneous tissue, intramuscular hemangioma, a distinctive type of hemangioma within the skeletal muscle, account for <1% of all hemangiomas, temporalis muscle is a very uncommon site, cavernous hemangioma of the temporalis muscle with prominent formation of phleboliths is rare reported. ⋯ Cavernous hemangioma should be suspected when mass occurs in this region. CT and MRI are important for the early diagnosis of tumor, and resection the tumor completely is recommended.

Lymphoepithelioma-like hepatocellular carcinoma: A case report and brief review of literature.
Lymphoepithelioma-like hepatocellular carcinoma (LEL-HCC) is a rare variant of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). To date, few cases have been reported in the literature, and almost no report in analyzing the different features of LEL-HCC. ⋯ Our case was the youngest patient of all the reported cases, and the third case who was infected with both hepatitis B virus (HBV) and hepatitis C virus (HCV). LEL-HCC is a rare variant of HCC, with a relatively favorable prognosis. Further research recruiting more patients is required to determine the accurate causes and mechanism of LEL-HCC.

A primary cavernous hemangioma of the thyroid gland: A case report and literature review.
Thyroid hemangioma is benign and associated with fine-needle aspiration (FNA) biopsy or trauma in most cases. Its differential diagnosis is very difficult. ⋯ Primary thyroid hemangioma should be considered when there is a well-circumscribed capsule mass on medical imaging without history of FNA or any other cervical procedures or trauma.

Extraperitoneal robot-assisted laparoscopic retroperitoneal lymph node dissection for early-stage testicular nonseminomatous germ cell tumors: A case report and literature review.
Typically robot-assisted laparoscopic retroperitoneal lymph node dissection (R-RPLND) has been performed via a transperitoneal approach. Herein we report the first case of a novel R-RPLND using an extraperitoneal approach. ⋯ Our study shows that extraperitoneal R-RPLND is a safe and feasible procedure using an extraperitoneal approach that provides minimal invasion and rapid recovery of patients.
