Latest study showed that a novel translocation between programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) (cluster of differentiation 274) and TP63 (tumor protein 63) can be found in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), resulting in their conjunct overexpression in tumor cells at RNA level. However, the expressed pattern of these 2 genes at protein level in DLBCL remains largely unknown, and the clinical relevance of PD-L1 and TP63 expression in DLBCL are also unclear. Tumor tissues from 76 Chinese DLBCL patients were immunostained for programmed cell death 1 (PD-1), PD-L1, and TP63 using the EnVision system. ⋯ Besides, PD-1 expression, patients' age, Ann Arbor stage, and IPI score were significant prognostic markers for OS, but PD-L1 and TP63 had no prognostic significance. PD-1, PD-L1, and TP63 are frequently expressed in DLBCL. PD-1/PD-L1/TP63 blockade may be a potential therapeutic strategy for some patients.

A pedicle pectoralis major musculocutaneous (PMMC) flap is one of the strategies for head and neck reconstruction. Seldom studies reported the case in which the skin area of previous modified radical mastectomy (MRM) had been used as a PMMC flap in head and neck reconstruction. ⋯ A pedicle PMMC flap may be harvested to achieve a functionally as well as an aesthetically pleasing outcome without compromising its viability despite the previous MRM.

Case Reports
A case report of painless type A aortic dissection with intermittent convulsive syncope as initial presentation.
The initial presenting symptoms and signs of acute aortic dissection are so diverse that it makes early and accurate diagnosis arduous. Painless and convulsive syncope due to cardiac arrhythmia were not typical presentations of acute aortic dissection. ⋯ To the authors' knowledge, this is the first reported case that cardiac asystole may be related to painless type A aortic dissection and then leading to convulsive syncope as presenting symptoms.

Many children are hospitalized because of foreign body ingestion. In such circumstances, the gastroenterologist must consider the timing of ingestion; the size, type, and location of the object ingested; and the patient's symptoms. But appendiceal foreign body in infant is very rare. ⋯ An appendiceal foreign body is very rare in infant and there are currently no treatment guidelines. We report 2 cases of appendiceal foreign body including infant who gave us difficult decisions.

Review Meta Analysis Comparative Study
Multilevel cervical disc replacement versus multilevel anterior discectomy and fusion: A meta-analysis.
Cervical disc replacement (CDR) has been developed as an alternative surgical procedure to anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) for the treatment of single-level cervical degenerative disc disease. However, patients with multilevel cervical degenerative disc disease (MCDDD) are common in our clinic. Multilevel CDR is less established compared with multilevel ACDF. This study aims to compare the outcomes and evaluate safety and efficacy of CDR versus ACDF for the treatment of MCDDD. ⋯ CDR may be a safe and effective surgical strategy for the treatment of MCDDD. However, there is insufficient evidence to draw a strong conclusion due to relatively low-quality evidence. Future long-term, multicenter, randomized, and controlled studies are needed to validate the safety and efficacy of multilevel CDR.
