Gastric cancer is one of the infection associated malignancies. In addition to Helicobacter pylori and Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), other oncoviruses might play potential roles in the development of gastric cancer. Associations of oncoviruses other than EBV with gastric cancer risk are aimed to be comprehensively reviewed and assessed in this systematic review and meta-analysis, to identify any potentially causative oncovirus. It might be informative to identify or deny certain oncoviruses which are candidates of risk factor for gastric cancer. To our knowledge, there is no comprehensive review on oncoviruses other than EBV associated with gastric cancer risk. Positive findings might be helpful to suggest further mechanism investigation and high-risk subpopulation recommendation. ⋯ To our knowledge, there is no comprehensive review on oncoviruses other than EBV associated with gastric cancer risk. Association of mRNA expression levels of Cullin family members with prognosis in breast cancer: An online database analysis.
Cullin proteins couple with RING-finger proteins, adaptor proteins and substrate recognition receptors to form E3 ubiquitin ligases for recognizing numerous substrates and participating in a variety of cellular processes, especially in genome stability and tumorigenesis. However, the prognostic values of Cullins in breast cancer remain elusive. ⋯ While high mRNA expression of CUL2, CUL4B, and CUL5 were correlated with better survival for breast cancers. The associated results suggested that some Cullin members could serve as new predictive prognostic indicators for breast cancer.

Data regarding the safety of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (anti-VEGF) treatment is limited. To compare the adverse events (AEs) induced by aflibercept and ranibizumab using a spontaneous reporting system and determine the signals. We used data from the Korea Institute of Drug Safety & Risk Management-Korea Adverse Event Reporting System Database (KIDS-KD), collected between 2007 and 2016. ⋯ Endophthalmitis (OR 6.96, 95% CI 2.74-17.73) was more likely to be reported in patients with aflibercept than in patients without aflibercept, whereas medicine ineffective (OR 18.49, 95% CI 2.39-143.29) and retinal disorder (OR 7.03, 95% CI 1.60-30.96) were more likely to be reported in patients with ranibizumab than in patients without ranibizumab. New signals have been identified for aflibercept and ranibizumab. Further research is necessary to evaluate the causality of AEs that were detected as signals in this study.

The aim of the present study was to explore the application and its effect of mobile medical treatment to chronic disease health management in physical examination population, and to provide references for comprehensive intervention and management of chronic diseases. From January to December 2016, 300 medical examiners in a general hospital health management center were randomly divided into health management group (155 cases) and control group (145 cases). The control group completed routine physical examination and health-risk assessment and provided corresponding reports, repeated annual physical examination and health-risks assessment. ⋯ After management, all the clinical indexes were significantly improved, and the patients' dietary structure, bad living habits, psychologic state, and other chronic disease behaviors were obviously improved. The proportion of patients with high risk of hypertension, diabetes, and obesity in health management group was significantly lower than that before intervention and control group (P < .05). Using mobile network online, offline dynamic health intervention model can reduce the risk of common chronic diseases in health management objects, this health management model of chronic disease is worth popularizing.

Emotional problems in mothers of autistic children and their correlation with socioeconomic status and the children's core symptoms.
To investigate the emotional problems (depressive and anxiety symptoms) of mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and explore the role of the mother's socioeconomic status (SES) and the core symptoms of the child on the mother's emotional problems. This cross-sectional survey was performed in 180 mothers of children with ASD in Chang Sha city of China. The 7-item Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale (GAD-7) and the 9-item Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) were used to assess the anxiety and depressive symptoms of the mothers of the autistic children. ⋯ Mothers of autistic children generally exhibited high levels of anxiety and depressive symptoms. The core symptoms of the autistic children were observed to be strongly associated with both maternal anxiety and depressive symptoms. Improvements in the core symptoms of children with ASD may help reduce maternal anxiety and depressive symptoms to some extent.
