Femoral neck fracture is a common type of hip fracture, which has a high morbidity and mortality. Surgical treatment is the first choice. However, the functional rehabilitation after operation has not been paid enough attention. In addition, the quality of exercise is difficult to quantify, and the rehabilitation is lack of standards. Therefore, the intelligent rehabilitation assistant system which could record exercise details, might be used to evaluate the quality and adherence to the prescribed exercise to this fragile group of patients has great relevance, so as to provide new ideas for postoperative rehabilitation of hip fracture. ⋯ Exercise under monitor may improve patients compliance and exercise quality, and accelerate the rehabilitation process. This protocol reported in accordance with the CONSORT 2010 checklist and SPIRIT 2013 Checklist.

There is paucity of data on the impact of surgical incision and analgesia on relevant outcomes. A retrospective STROBE-compliant cohort study was performed between July 2007 and August 2017 of patients undergoing lung transplantation. Gender, age, indication for lung transplantation, and the 3 types of surgical access (Thoracotomy (T), Sternotomy (S), and Clamshell (C)) were used, as well as 2 analgesic techniques: epidural and intravenous opioids. ⋯ Median durations of mechanical ventilation in Thoracotomy, Sternotomy, and Clamshell groups were 19 [11; 37] hours, 34 [IQR 16; 57.5] hours, and 27 [IQR 15; 50.5] hours respectively. Thoracotomy group were discharged earlier from ICU (P < .001). Thoracotomy access produces less postoperative hemorrhage, duration of mechanical ventilation, and lower length of stay in ICU, but higher pain scores and need for epidural analgesia.

Chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) is a common disease in clinical, and often recrudescent. However, sometimes Western medicine treatments such as antihistamines cannot completely control the symptoms of CSU; therefore, more effective and optimized treatments are needed. Numerous studies have confirmed that moxibustion therapy is effective in treating CSU. Given that no relevant systematic reviews and meta-analysis have been carried out, we set out to prove the effect of moxibustion therapy for CSU. ⋯ INPLASY2020100045.

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is one of the common gynecological endocrine system diseases. It is characterized by excessive androgen, rare or anovulation, and polycystic ovary morphology. Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a fat-soluble natural vitamin, which has a continuous oxidation-reduction cycle and is an effective antioxidant that can protect ovaries from oxidative damage. This study aims to systematically summarize and analyze the scientific literatures on glucose metabolism index, lipid profiles, inflammatory factor, and sex hormone level of PCOS patients treated with CoQ10 to provide a reference basis for clinical treatment. ⋯ INPLASY 2020100013.
