To compare the relationship between background parenchymal enhancement (BPE) on contrast-enhanced spectral mammography (CESM), mammographic breast density (MBD), age, in the group with benign vs malignant breast lesions. Four hundred thirty three non-high-risk patients from January 2018 to May 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. Patients were assigned into 4 groups: premenopausal benign lesions, premenopausal malignant lesions, postmenopausal benign lesions, and postmenopausal malignant lesions. ⋯ The intensity of CESM BPE was positively correlated with MBD, and the intensity of CESM BPE and MBD were negatively correlated with age. Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that age was an influencing factor for breast cancer in both premenopausal and postmenopausal patients. For non-high-risk women, CESM BPE and MBD were not correlated with benign or malignant breast lesions, and age was an influencing factor for breast cancer.

Meta Analysis
The effect of acupuncture on emotional disorders in patients with insomnia: A protocol for systemic review and meta-analysis.
Insomnia with high incidence is usually accompanied by many other diseases, especially mental disorders with the under-diagnosis and under-treatment. Some studies demonstrated that acupuncture may be effective for emotional disorders accompanied by insomnia. The systematic review protocol is designed to guiding analysis the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture for emotional disorders in patients with insomnia. ⋯ INPLASY2020100115.

Randomized Controlled Trial
Comparison of empirical high-dose and low-dose of meropenem in critically ill patients with sepsis and septic shock: A randomized controlled study protocol.
Sepsis and septic shock syndrome are the main problems in modern medicine. Current treatment guidelines for the sepsis recommend an appropriate and timely antibiotic treatment. Meropenem has activity against a wide variety of Gramnegative and Gram-positive bacteria. At present, there are few studies on the application of high-does meropenem in the patients with sepsis and septic shock. We therefore carry out the randomized controlled research to compare the low-dose and high-dose meropenem in the critically ill sepsis and septic shock patients, and to assess the safety of the two regimens. ⋯ This protocol can provide a reliable evidence for the safety and effectiveness of the high-dose meropenem in the critically ill sepsis and septic shock patients.

Gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma (GEJAC) is a malignant tumor with high mortality. Its incidence has increased sharply all over the world in recent years. The study aims to search for potential biomarkers for the diagnosis and prognosis of GEJAC based on the Gene Expression Omnibus database (GEO) database and The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database. ⋯ Meanwhile, the Kaplan-Meier curve and time-dependent ROC curve were adopted to test the prognostic value of the prognostic gene signature. In this study, we identified 10 hub genes that might have high diagnostic value for GEJAC, and inferred that they might be involved in the occurrence and development of GEJAC. Moreover, we conducted a survival prediction model consisting of 6 genes and proved that they have value to some extent in predicting prognosis for GEJAC patients.
