Prostate adenocarcinoma is the most frequently diagnosed malignancy, particularly for people >70 years old. The main challenge in the treatment of advanced neoplasm is bone metastasis and therapeutic resistance for known oncology drugs. Novel treatment methods to prolong the survival time and improve the life quality of these specific patients are required. The present study attempted to screen potential therapeutic compounds for the tumor through bioinformatics approaches, in order to provide conceptual treatment for this malignant disease. ⋯ In the present study, it was speculated that 3 compounds may function as the potential therapeutic drugs of bone metastatic prostate adenocarcinoma; however, further studies verifying vitro and in vivo are necessary.

Observational Study
Antidepressant adherence and its predictors in immigrants with depression: A population-based study.
Immigrants in Korea are relatively vulnerable in terms of medication self-management and have low levels of medication adherence. We aimed to evaluate antidepressant adherence and its patterns in immigrants and to identify predictors of nonadherence. In this matched cohort study using the National Health Insurance claims database, immigrants who were newly prescribed antidepressants were identified (n = 2,398). ⋯ This study showed that antidepressant adherence of immigrants was lower than that of native-born Koreans. However, it appears that visiting a psychiatrist, achieving appropriateness of care, and having a usual source of care might increase antidepressant adherence among immigrants. Further research that focuses on cultural and/or linguistic factors affecting immigrants' adherence and healthcare utilization is suggested as a way to increase adherence.

Schaaf-Yang syndrome (SYS) is a recently identified disorder caused by a loss-of-function mutation in a maternally imprinted gene, MAGEL2, at 15q11.2q13. Due to its extreme rarity and wide range of clinical severity, clinical suspicion is difficult for a physician. In the current study, its frequency among the Korean pediatric patients with developmental delay (DD) or intellectual disability (ID) was assessed. ⋯ SYS is an extremely rare cause of DD/ID. However, hypotonia, joint contractures, profound DD/ID and facial dysmorphism are the suggestive clinical features for SYS. As a maternally imprinted disorder, it should be reminded that SYS may be inherited in form of a mutation from a healthy father.

Meta Analysis
Is acupuncture effective and safe for prophylaxis of vestibular migraine?: A protocol for systematic review and meta analysis.
Increasing studies indicate that acupuncture can be used for treating vestibular migraine (VM), but current evidence remains inconclusive. Thus, this protocol aims to evaluate the evidence regarding the efficacy and safety of acupuncture for VM prophylaxis by conducting a systematic review and meta-analysis. ⋯ CRD42020202588.
