Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis. It may occur in multiple parts and organs of the patients body, and the lung is the most common. It is a major health threat worldwide. Hepatotoxicity is a common adverse reaction of commonly used clinical anti-tuberculosis drugs, as well as one of the important factors leading to poor prognosis of tuberculosis. Milk thistle is a traditional Chinese medicine extract derived from the mature fruit of Silybum marianum. Clinical practice shows that milk thistle has a good anti-liver injury effect and can be used to prevent anti-tuberculosis drug-induced liver injury. However, there is a lack of evidence-based medicine. The research carried out in this protocol is to systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of milk thistle preventive treatment of anti-tuberculosis drug-induced liver injury, and to improve the evidence-based basis for clinical application of milk thistle in the preventive treatment of anti-tuberculosis drug-induced liver injury. ⋯ DOI: 10.17605/OSF.IO/VC3RM.

Meta Analysis
Chinese herbal medicine for small cell lung cancer patients: A protocol for a systematic review and meta-analysis.
Small cell lung cancer (SCLC) is an aggressive disease. Chemotherapy is the standard treatment for SCLC, but the resistance and the adverse effects of Chemotherapy still remains a major problem. Although Chinese herbal medicine (traditional Chinese medicine) is wildly applied for patients with SCLC in China, the evidence of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment for SCLC is limited. ⋯ INPLASY2020110055.

Review Case Reports
Risk factor analysis of bronchospasm after tracheobronchial foreign body removal: Cases report and literature review (STROBE).
This retrospective study aimed to investigate bronchospasm after tracheobronchial foreign body removal. Bronchoscopy is the main clinical treatment for removing airway foreign bodies, but postoperative airway spasm is very common. In our study, we perform a risk factor analysis of bronchospasm after tracheobronchial foreign body removal. ⋯ The logistic regression analysis showed that age, foreign body retention time and operation time were independent risk factors for postoperative airway spasm. A history of pneumonia was not an independent risk factor for postoperative airway spasm. We should pay more attention in the preoperative period according to the specific situation of child; the right means of anesthesia and appropriate hormonal drugs should be chosen to prevent the occurrence of postoperative airway spasm.

To find the relationship between toll-like receptor (TLR) gene variants and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection and clinical findings, which could inform clinical decisions and vaccination strategies. ⋯ The systematic review indicated that TLR7 rs179008 T allele provides risk effects for HIV infection. TLR9 rs352140 GG genotype may associate with HIV infection.
