Recurrent angina pectoris after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is a common clinical syndrome, which seriously reduces the quality of life and health of patients, increases medical costs, and causes the risk of cardiogenic death. The efficacy of various western medicine improving angina symptoms has not been fully confirmed at the moment, whereas Chinese patent medicine capsules (CPMC) have been generally used in clinical practice due to the therapeutic efficacy and safety. This study evaluates the efficacy and safety of CPMC for stable angina after PCI, designed to provide more evidence for clinical treatment. ⋯ CRD42020164005.

Lung adenocarcinoma is the most common type of lung cancer. Distant metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma often occurs in multiple organs. The common metastasis sites of lung cancer include the lungs, brain, bones, adrenal glands, and lymph nodes; however, breast metastasis is rare. ⋯ The possibility of breast metastasis should be considered in patients with existing malignant tumors and breast pain. Clinical and imaging examinations are helpful for diagnosis, and pathological and immunohistochemical analyses are the most important diagnostic tools.

Diagnosis value preoperative localization of insulinoma by diffusion-weighted imaging: A pilot study.
Insulinoma is the most common functional neuroendocrine tumor that originates from the islet of beta cells. Insulinoma is usually an isolated benign tumor and small in size (<2 cm). Due to the small size of the lesion, it often leads to difficulty in clinical preoperative localization diagnosis. ⋯ Also, 3 cases showed mild persistence enhanced in the portal venous phase and delayed phase. However, 1 case remained normal in the portal venous phase and the delay period. DWI examination has high clinical value in the localization diagnosis of insulinoma and thus it can be used as a routine examination for preoperative localization diagnosis.

Long-term oncological outcomes of laparoscopic gastrectomy for grossly early gastric cancer-mimicking advanced gastric cancer: Propensity score matching analysis.
Laparoscopic gastrectomy became an option in the treatment of early gastric cancer (EGC) in clinical practice. However, whether laparoscopic surgery for grossly EGC-mimicking advanced gastric cancer (AGC) patients is oncologically safe long-term is still controversial. We retrospectively analyzed 472 patients with AGC who were diagnosed as clinical EGC. ⋯ There was no significant difference between the cumulative recurrence incidence curves of the matched groups (P = .319). Laparoscopic surgery for grossly EGC-mimicking AGC might be safe in terms of long-term survival outcome. After confirming grossly EGC-mimicking AGC in the final pathology report, no additional surgery might be required.

Acute ischemic stroke (AIS) has become the major reason of causing death around the world. As a newer generation fibrinolytic agent, the potential of tenecteplase in treating AIS has been determined in clinical studies and meta-analysis. However, various doses have been prescribed for tenecteplase in clinical practice, and the optimal dose is not yet clear. ⋯ The protocol of our systematic review and network meta-analysis was registered in International Plateform of Registered Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis Protocols (INPLASY) platform with an approval number of INPLASY2020100086 (https://inplasy.com/inplasy-2020-10-0086/). Moreover, this protocol was funded through a protocol registry.
