Primary testicular lymphoma (PTL) is a rare type of extranodal non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). Although data of PTL in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) are accumulating, there are still patients respond poorly to prognosis. ⋯ PT-DLBCL has unique biological characteristics, and its treatment modalities are becoming increasingly standardized. In the future, systematic interventions need to be actively considered in the early stages of PTL.

Post-stroke depression (PSD) is the most common emotional problem after stroke. It can lower the quality of life and increase the recurrence and mortality. Pharmacological agents have been shown to treat PSD. However, the benefits of pharmacotherapy are debatable and the side-effects are significant. More and more clinical trials suggest that acupuncture plays an important role in patients with PSD. The primary purposes of the study are to conduct a Bayesian analysis of randomized trials to determine the effect of acupuncture and investigate the effect of several acupuncture therapies on PSD. ⋯ The results of this review will introduce a safe and effective treatment and provide reliable evidence to evaluate the effectiveness of several acupuncture therapies on PSD.

Case Reports
Unusual clinicopathological presentation of nontraumatic cerebral fat embolism: Two-case report.
Fat embolism syndrome (FES) is characterized by the classical triad of cerebral, respiratory, and cutaneous manifestations. In contrast, cerebral fat embolism (CFE), corresponding to incomplete pure type FES, is much rarer and usually follows trauma. CFE typically shows a "starfield" pattern on diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging due to the involvement of multiple small arteries. We report 2 unusual cases of CFE that showed a nontraumatic etiology and the involvement of a single dominant cerebral artery. ⋯ CFE can rarely occur in various nontraumatic conditions, with or without evident etiology. Furthermore, it may not show characteristic clinicopathological manifestations. Therefore, careful follow up of those who have undergone procedures that are likely to trigger FES or who have hemodynamic or hypercoagulable risk factors is needed.

We investigated the prognosis of patients with dry pleural dissemination (DPD) of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and the risk factors of developing to malignant pleural effusion (MPE). We retrospectively reviewed 104 patients with NSCLC and DPD, confirmed surgically from 1996 to 2016. Incidence rate and risk factors of MPE were analyzed statistically. ⋯ Fifteen (14.4%) patients underwent invasive procedures for the management of MPE. Almost half of all patients with NSCLC and DPD experienced MPE, and 14.4% patients developed symptomatic MPE requiring invasive procedures. MPE in DPD did not affect the survival in NSCLC patients.

Observational Study
Microarray profiling of circular RNAs in steroid-associated osteonecrosis of the femoral head: Observational study.
The aim of this study was to elucidate the molecular mechanisms and to identify the differential expression of circular RNAs (circRNAs) for steroid-associated osteonecrosis of the femoral head (SONFH) using bioinformatics analysis.circRNA microarray was performed with 3 SONFH tissues and the adjacent normal tissues, and differentially expressed circRNA were identified by limma package in R. Gene ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway enrichment analyses were performed using the Database for Annotation, Visualization and Integrated Discovery database. In addition, a differentially expressed genes (DEG)-associated circRNA/microRNA (miRNA) interaction was predicted by combination of TargetScan and miRanda, and the circRNA/miRNA interaction network generated by the cytoscape software. ⋯ In addition, from the analysis of miRNA, long noncoding RNAs, mRNA, and circRNA networks, we found that hsa_circ_0008136 and hsa_circ_0074758 were respectively the upregulated and downregulated circRNA with highest degrees. The identified circRNA and mRNA could be implicated in the progression of human SONFH. The findings could lead to a better understanding of SONFH pathogenesis.
