Meta Analysis Comparative Study
Diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound superb microvascular imaging for lymph nodes: A protocol for systematic review and meta-analysis.
As a novel ultrasound technique, superb microvascular imaging can quickly, simply and noninvasively study the microvascular distribution in the tumor and evaluate the microvascular perfusion. Studies suggested that superb microvascular imaging is helpful for the differentiation between benign and malignant lymph nodes. However, the results of these studies have been contradictory. Therefore, the present meta-analysis aimed at determining the accuracy of superb microvascular imaging in the differential diagnosis between benign and malignant lymph nodes. ⋯ INPLASY202070133.

Diabetes mellitus with erectile dysfunction (DMED) is one of the most common causes of disability in diabetic population, and its pathogenesis is related to a variety of factors. Because its pathogenesis is complex and the existing treatment methods have limitations, DMED is difficult to treat in clinical. Recently, some studies have shown that α-lipoic acid (ALA) is associated with DMED, but there is no systematic review and meta-analysis on the relationship between ALA and DMED. ⋯ INPLASY202070130.

A protocol for systematic review and meta-analysis of optimizing treatment for malaria.
Malaria remains a global health threat for centuries. In recent years, a rising resistance of Plasmodium falciparum to current standard artemisinin-based combination therapies (ACTs) leads to increasing treatment failures and requires for optimized treatment. Here, we intend to make a systematic review and meta-analysis of optimizing treatment for malaria, so as to find a potential optimal treatment. ⋯ INPLASY202070115.

Concurrent cisplatin with radiotherapy (CRT) or concurrent cetuximab with radiotherapy (BRT) improves outcomes in locally advanced head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) compared with radiotherapy alone. Nevertheless, a detailed comparison between CRT and BRT in locally advanced HNSCC is required due to inconclusive results. ⋯ CRT has a better OS, PFS, LRC, and DMFS than BRT in locally advanced HNSCC, and should be the preferred treatment for patients with the disease.

Meta Analysis Comparative Study
Comparison of intrathecal morphine versus local infiltration analgesia for pain control in total knee and hip arthroplasty: A meta-analysis.
The purpose of this meta-analysis was to comprehensively collect randomized controlled trials (RCTs) to assess the clinical efficacy of intrathecal morphine (ITM) versus local infiltration analgesia (LIA) in the treatment of total knee and hip arthroplasty patients. ⋯ LIA was an effective approach for relieving postoperative pain and reducing postoperative consumption of morphine compared with ITM in total knee and hip arthroplasty patients.
