Efficacy and safety of massage in the treatment of poststroke depression: A systematic review and meta-analysis of protocols.
Poststroke depression (PSD) is a severe problem; it will significantly increase the mortality of patients after stroke, and affect the quality of life of patients after discharge. For stroke patients without noticeable adverse reactions, massage can effectively improve the patient's mood, thereby treating poststroke depression. But so far, there is still no systematic research to provide reliable evidence that massage can effectively treat poststroke depression. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to comprehensively summarize and evaluate the effectiveness and safety of massage therapy for poststroke depression. ⋯ INPLASY2020110085.

The impact of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) on liver injury in China: A systematic review and meta-analysis.
The evidence for the incidence and severity of liver injury in Chinese patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is still controversial. The purpose of this study was to summarize the incidence of liver injury and the differences between liver injury markers among different patients with COVID-19 in China. ⋯ There is a certain risk of liver injury in Chinese patients with COVID-19, and the risk and degree of liver injury are related to the severity of COVID-19.

Myelosuppression after chemotherapy is a common adverse reaction in the process of chemotherapy, mainly manifested as anemia, increased risk of bleeding, infection, the results seriously affect the quality of life and prognosis of patients, become the main cause of death. Since ancient times, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has been widely used in East Asia (such as China, Japan, South Korea) in the clinical treatment of bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy, which plays the role of synergism, toxicity reduction, immune regulation, and gradually developed into an indispensable role. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to use a network meta-analysis to evaluate the evidence that traditional Chinese medicine is related to the efficacy and safety of chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression. ⋯ INPLASY2020120097.

Prognostic factors for postoperative survival in melanoma patients with bone metastasis.
Melanoma can spread to the bone by metastasis and is relevant to a poor outcome. However, because of the rarity of melanoma patients with bone metastasis, the prognostic postoperative survival factors of them have not been elucidated. The aim of this special population-based cohort was to elucidate the prognostic factors associated with postoperative survival. ⋯ Regarding overall survival, the 1-, 3-, and 5-year overall survival rates for the entire cohort were 36.2%, 15.4%, and 9.5%, respectively. Regarding cancer-specific survival, the 1-, 3-, and 5-year cancer-specific survival rates were 42.0%, 23.2%, and 16.6%, respectively. Within a cohort of melanoma patients with bone metastasis after surgery, our analysis showed that a smaller tumor size and the lack of metastases at other sites were predictors of survival.

Clinical features of asthma with comorbid bronchiectasis: A systematic review and meta-analysis.
This meta-analysis aimed to systematically estimate the prevalence of comorbid bronchiectasis in patients with asthma and to summarize its clinical impact. ⋯ The presence of bronchiectasis in patients with asthma was associated with greater asthma severity. There are important therapeutic implications of identifying bronchiectasis in asthmatic patients.
