Ewing sarcoma (ES), the second most prevalent bone malignant tumor has no widely known prognostic biomarker. Earlier studies have suggested that chaperonin containing TCP1 complex 6A (CCT6A), which encodes a molecular protein chaperone, is involved in the pathogenesis of many cancers. However, there are no known reports providing clear evidence of its role in ES pathogenesis. ⋯ From the results of our study, we identified the expression levels of CCT6A to be strongly associated with prognosis of ES. Thus, the expression levels of the CCT6A gene could serve as a biomarker for the prediction of ES prognosis.

Observational Study
The PITX gene family as potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets in lung adenocarcinoma.
The PITX gene family of transcription factors have been reported to regulate the development of multiple organs. This study was designed to investigate the role of PITXs in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD). In this study, the transcriptional levels of the 3 identified PITXs in patients with LUAD were examined using the gene expression profiling interactive analysis interactive web server. ⋯ Additionally, PITX1 and PITX3 were found to be significantly associated with the stage of LUAD. The Kaplan-Meier Plot showed that the high level of PITX1 conferred a better overall survival of patients with LUAD while the high level of PITX3 was associated with poor prognosis. Our study implied that PITX1 and PITX3 are potential targets of precision therapy for patients with LUAD while PITX1 and PITX2 are regarded as novel biomarkers for the diagnosis of LUAD.

Case Reports
Clinical manifestation of multiple wasp stings with details of whole transcriptome analysis: Two case reports.
Multiple wasp stings is an emergency result from systemic reactions to the toxin with a wide range of manifestations, and we presented 2 patients with distinct clinical and transcriptomic findings. ⋯ In conclusion, we report 2 patients who manifested with shared and distinct presentations after an attack by the same swarm of wasps. Both patients had hemolysis, rhabdomyolysis, hepatic injury and acute kidney injury, and 1 patient had ARDS. The whole transcriptomic analyses were consistent with the distinct clinical manifestation, and these results suggest the potential of RNA-Sequencing to disentangle complex inflammatory responses in patients with multiple wasp stings. Plasmapheresis and corticosteroid were administered to both patients and case 2 also underwent 8 sessions of hemodialysis.

This study aimed to evaluate the relationships between different types of antiretroviral therapy (ART) and preterm birth. Preterm birth was studied among all singleton pregnancies and compared between human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-infected and uninfected women. We performed a matched case-control study from the pregnancy outcome registry of Cayenne Hospital. ⋯ The sample size being small this result would be considered with caution. The preterm birth rate among HIV-infected pregnant women was twice that of the general population; this trend was not explained by sociodemographic characteristics. Preterm birth was independently associated with combination ART, especially with ritonavir-boosted protease inhibitor therapy during pregnancy.

Migraine is a chronic paroxysmal incapacitating neurological disorder, which endangers the health of human worldwide ranking as the third most prevalent medical condition. There are no comprehensive estimates of treatments for migraine. We will conduct this systematic review and Bayesian network meta-analysis (NMA) to synthesis quantitative and comparative evidence on the efficacy and tolerability of all the known pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions for migraine. ⋯ This Bayesian network meta-analysis may be the first attempt to quantitatively synthesize the efficacy and tolerability of all potential treatments for migraine. And this method can ensure us to fully utilize both the direct and indirect evidence as well as gain the comparative estimates displayed in the derived hierarchies. Besides, we have registered this protocol on the international prospective register of systematic review (PROSPERO) (CRD42020157278).
