Meta Analysis Comparative Study
Effects of patient characteristics on the efficacy of complete revascularization for treatment of ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction with multivessel disease: A meta-analysis.
Several randomized controlled trials (RCTs) have evaluated the efficacy of complete vs culprit-only revascularization for treatment of ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) with multivessel disease. However, the efficacy of complete revascularization vs culprit-only revascularization in some STEMI patient subgroups remains unclear. ⋯ Compared with culprit-only revascularization, complete revascularization significantly reduces the MACE risk in patients with STEMI and multivessel disease, which is independent of sex, age, history of diabetes, ECG infarct location, and the number of arteries with stenosis.

To investigate the effect of core stability training on nonspecific low back pain (NSLBP) in nurses. The data were collected retrospectively by reviewing the patient's medical records and pain questionnaires in our rehabilitation center. A total of 40 nurses with NSLBP were included and divided into observation group and control group. ⋯ After 4 weeks of intervention, the AEMG of the healthy and the affected side of the two groups showed an improved trend without significant difference (P > .05, respectively). The MF of affected side was significantly higher 4 weeks after intervention than those before treatment in the observation and control group (P < .05, respectively). Core stability training can alleviate pain, improve the fatigue resistance of the core muscles and the balance of the functions of bilateral multifidus muscles in nurses with NSLBP.

Reversing left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) can reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events. The lack of direct comparison between different antihypertensive drugs cannot evaluate the superiority-inferiority differentiation of different antihypertensive drugs in reversing LVH. Therefore, the objective of this protocol for systematic review and meta-analysis was to compare the efficacy of different types of antihypertensive drugs in reversing LVH in hypertensive patients. ⋯ We hypothesized that the use of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors or angiotensin receptor blockers in antihypertensive therapy could achieve better efficacy in reversing LVH in hypertensive patients.

Review Case Reports
Pyloric gland adenoma with low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia: A case report and literature review.
Pyloric gland adenoma (PGA) is often associated with pyloric gland metaplasia. It has high malignant potential but a low clinical diagnosis rate. Therefore, we reported a case of PGA and reviewed the literature to summarize the clinicopathological features of pyloric adenoma. ⋯ PGA has nonspecific performance under endoscopy, and its diagnosis mainly depends on pathology. Clinicians need to increase their ability to recognize such lesions and treat them in time to improve the prognosis.
