Osteonecrosis of the femeral head (ONFH) occurs predominantly in young- and middle-aged people, and the disability rate is high in the late stage of the disease and most patients have to undergo total hip replacement. Clinically, increasing attention is paid to intervening early and middle-stage ONFH so as to delay its progress. Acupuncture and moxibustion (AM) is a unique method for treating ONFH in China. This study aims to summarize the advantages of AM for the treatment of ONFH. ⋯ AM for early and middle-stage ONFH is an effective and relatively safe intervention, which can improve the effective rate and excellent and good rate and HHS, and reduce the adverse reaction rate. Clinically, early and middle-stage ONFH can be intervened by combining with AM while taking conventional therapy to improve the efficacy.

In-stent restenosis (ISR) is one of the most important complications and impacts the long-term effects after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Related studies have revealed that microRNA (miRNA) can predict ISR in CHD patients. MiRNA-126 may be a potential biomarker for the diagnosis of ISR. However, the accuracy of miRNA-126 in the diagnosis of ISR is still controversial. Therefore, this study carried out meta-analysis to further evaluate the accuracy of miRNA-126 in the diagnosis of ISR. At the same time, bioinformatics is used to predict the target genes and miRNA-126 may be involved in regulation, so as to provide theoretical support for the precise treatment of CHD. ⋯ DOI 10.17605/OSF.IO/9FMR5.

Acute acalculous cholecystitis as the initial manifestation of systemic lupus erythematous: A case report.
Acute acalculous cholecystitis (AAC) is an extremely rare manifestation of systemic lupus erythematous (SLE). In previous reports, most of the patients were already diagnosed cases of SLE upon confirmation of AAC. ⋯ Although AAC being the initial manifestation of SLE is very rare, prompt diagnosis and management with corticosteroids precluded surgical intervention. Physicians need to be cognizant of AAC as a disease flare and as a rare initial manifestation of SLE.

Physical activity in health care professionals as a means of primary prevention of cardiovascular disease: A STROBE compliant cross-sectional study.
The aim of this study was to assess the physical activity level of health care professionals, as well as the differences by sex, age, academic background, and among different health care professions. This is an cross-sectional study. Health care settings in the Valencian Community, Spain. ⋯ Men performed more transport-related and health-enhancing physical activity than women. Younger professionals and those with higher education were more compliant with health-enhancing and muscle-strengthening physical activity guidelines. Physiotherapists were more physically active when compared to the rest of health care professionals.
