Data on the epidemiology characteristics of hepatitis B surface antibodies (anti-HBs) are lacking among central southern undeveloped areas of China, especially for young adults. This study aims to demonstrate the sero-epidemiology characteristics of HBsAb among young adults. ⋯ The prevalence of serum anti-HBs among the freshmen in Hunan from 2017 to 2019 is much lower than the average national level, and the prevalence in 2019 is significantly lower than that in 2017 and 2019. There are significant differences in different time and areas of the prevalence of anti-HBs. There is a necessity to carry out area-specific intensive immunization plan in a timely manner among young population in Hunan Province, China.

To date, there have been no reported trials that directly compare pembrolizumab/carrelizumab monotherapy versus pembrolizumab/carrelizumab and chemotherapy in the first-line treatment setting of advanced/metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). We performed a Bayesian network meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) to compare the efficacy and safety of pembrolizumab/carrelizumab versus pembrolizumab/carrelizumab and chemotherapy in previously treated patients with NSCLC. ⋯ As this study is on the basis of published or registered previous studies, ethical approval and informed consent of patients are not required.

Previous research indicates that the platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR) may be an indicator of poor prognosis in many tumor types. However, the PLR is rarely described in patients undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) for solid tumors. Thus, we performed a meta-analysis to investigate the prognostic value of this ratio for patients with solid tumors treated by NAC. ⋯ Elevated PLR is associated with poor prognosis in various solid tumors. PLR may be a useful biomarker in delineating those patients with poorer prognoses who may benefit from neoadjuvant therapies.

Rational emotive occupational health coaching for quality of work-life among primary school administrators.
This study aimed at investigating the effect of rational emotive occupational health coaching on quality of work-life among primary school administrators. ⋯ This study concluded rational emotive occupation health coaching is useful therapeutic strategy in improving quality of work of primary school administrators, hence, future researchers and clinical practitioners should adopt cognitive-behavioral techniques and principles in helping employers as well as employees. Based on the primary findings and limitations of this study, future studies, occupational psychotherapists should qualitatively explore the clinical relevance of rational emotive occupational health practice across cultures using different populations.

Association between human immunodeficiency virus serostatus and the prevalence of atrial fibrillation.
Atrial fibrillation (AF) leads to increased risk for stroke. Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is associated with cardiovascular disease (CVD), although it is unclear if HIV is associated with AF. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the association between HIV serostatus and the prevalence of AF in the Multicenter AIDS Cohort Study. ⋯ There were no associations between AF and HIV serostatus after adjusting for demographic factors (odds ratio 0.76; 95% CI 0.37 to -1.58; P = .47) or after further adjustment for CVD risk factors (odds ratio 0.84; 95% CI 0.39 to -1.81; P = .66). We found no association between HIV and AF in this cohort in which viral replication among the HIV+ men is generally suppressed. The overall prevalence of AF was low and was rare in African-American men.
