Cellular senescence is a stable state of cell cycle arrest that plays a crucial role in the tumor microenvironment (TME) and cancer progression. Nevertheless, the accurate prognosis of gastric cancer (GC) is complicated to predict due to tumor heterogeneity. The work aimed to build a novel prognostic model in GC. ⋯ The senescence-related signature was an accurate tool to guide the prognosis and might promote the progress of personalized treatment.

Fibrotic diseases take a very heavy toll in terms of morbidity and mortality equal to or even greater than that caused by metastatic cancer. This meta-analysis aimed to evaluate the effect of endothelin receptor antagonists on idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. ⋯ This meta-analysis provides insufficient evidence to support that endothelin receptor antagonists' administration provides a benefit among included participants who encounter idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.

Vedolizumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody that inhibits gut-selective α4β7 integrins on the surface of leukocytes, preventing their trafficking into the gastrointestinal tract, and ultimately achieves the effect of suppressing intestinal inflammation. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of vedolizumab in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease. ⋯ Vedolizumab may be safe and effective as an induction and maintenance therapy for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease; however, further studies are needed to validate this conclusion.

A systematic review of Tuina for cervical hypertension: A protocol for systematic review and meta-analysis.
Cervical hypertension is a secondary form of hypertension with a high incidence rate. As the main etiology of cervical hypertension is related to cervical spondylosis, commonly used antihypertensive drugs have poor efficacy in the treatment of cervical spondylosis, and improving the symptoms of cervical spondylosis can effectively reduce blood pressure. Massage can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with cervical hypertension, but there has been no systematic review of massage treatment for cervical hypertension. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of massage in patients with cervical hypertension. ⋯ This study investigated the efficacy and safety of massage therapy in patients with cervical hypertension, providing clinicians and patients with additional options for the treatment of this disease.

Randomized Controlled Trial Multicenter Study
Bilateral verses bilateral with tri-segmental endoscopic drainage using metal stents for high-grade malignant hilar biliary obstructions: A multicenter, randomized controlled trial: BRAVE study (BRAVE study).
Bilateral endoscopic drainage with self-expanding metallic stent (SEMS) can be used to manage hilar malignant biliary obstruction (HMBO) more effectively in comparison to unilateral drainage. An increased drainage area is predicted to prolong stent patency and patient survival. However, few reports have described the utility of trisegmental drainage and the benefits of using trisegmental drainage remain unknown. Thus, we launched a randomized clinical trial (RCT) to compare the clinical outcomes between bilateral and trisegmental drainage using SEMSs in patients with high-grade HMBO. ⋯ If the non-inferiority of bilateral drainage is demonstrated, it is predicted that the procedure time will be shortened and the medical cost will be reduced, which will be beneficial to the patient and the medical economy.
